My husband and arrived and just area right off the highway we had a feeling what we were in for. We arrived and checked in and the staff members were really nice. However, this place was horrible. The people around the property, in the property, the other guests checking in all looked sketchy. The rooms looked all nice in the pictures and in person they were a different story. The first room the toilet was clogged and was disgusting. The chair had cigarette burns, was peeling and dirty. The floors had stains and the beds were like cots. The cabinets were all missing the doors and drawers. We were switched to try to give them the benefit of the doubt and it was bigger but the and exact situation. The room smelled like cigarettes and we just up and left. It was so bad we didn't even ask for our money back. We ran out of there so fast! We felt disgusted and and unsafe. Then we find out this place has a contract with a homeless shelter! It makes sense.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service at Extended Stay America Providence – Dominic is a Star! We recently had the pleasure of staying at Extended Stay America Providence after making a last-minute reservation well after midnight. From the very first moment, Dominic was there to help us settle in smoothly despite the late hour. His calm, professional, and genuinely kind demeanor immediately put us at ease. Throughout our entire stay, Dominic proved to be incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He was always ready to assist with whatever we needed—whether it was answering questions, resolving small issues quickly, or going out of his way to make our experience better. His helpful attitude never wavered, even as our short two-night trip unexpectedly turned into more than 2½ weeks. Dominic played a big part in helping us feel comfortable enough to extend our stay so significantly. As newlyweds, this meant the world to my wife and me. Dominic truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and felt welcomed. His positive energy and dedication made our extended honeymoon-like stay feel special and stress-free. We’re also grateful to the rest of the wonderful staff at Extended Stay America Providence who contributed to such a positive experience. This hotel and especially Dominic turned what could have been a chaotic situation into a memorable and comfortable one. Thank you, Dominic! You set the gold standard for hospitality. Use it only if you really need to crash somewhere, I think it’s one of those homeless shelters in contract with the city so the people that live there are very shady. The floors of my room were dirty, dusty and full of hair. The towels have Afro hair attached and honestly I didn’t bother to use. Stay there only in case of an emergency just like us, because it really saved us for the night. Strong cigarettes smells and not clean in general.

Front desk was friendly and polite. It’s not a good neighborhood but who ever says that is actually looking for trouble it was in a great area. Out the way but central to a lot of cool places. My room was clean pristine and my stay was chill and no loud noises or drama! I’ll be back

If you like the scent of dog urine, sticky floors,army cot style beds all with a dedicated police car parking space than this place is for you. Rooms offer a cozy chair to relax, covered by your $100 damage deposit. 4 minutes we were here was 3 minutes too long. The young woman at the counter was very pleasant and bright which scored the 4 star customer service.
