Ive stayed here many times this time was awful. After a 12 hour shift, my 4th day st the hotel, the key card reader died and was locked out for hours. They couldnt get me in til the morning and i needed clothes, shower and meds. They reached out to a manager and not til the following morning did i get in. I lost a day of work, my medication and sleep. All i got was sorry until i called corporate twice. They then "refunded" $120 (lowest rate room) that wouldnt be effective for 5-7 days, so insteD of giving me a free night or discount weekend, i booked another day and was refused to do business. Whn i asked why i was told "idk" and when i asked about contacting the manager and was told "i cant". I called corporate again and the hotel staff retaliated by not letting me stay and calling police to make me leave. The staff is miserable, not accomodating, and never at the desk. Theyre rude and the power trips they get are sad. They made me feel belittled, degraded, and like trash. On top of that i didnt change my room or complain to begin with becayse im humble. But the vent in bathroom didnt work, the outlet sparked. The fridge was loud and also leaked. The kitchen sink leaked on top and bottom. The closet rack fell when placing clothes on the rack. Walls were literally falling apart.

Top notch stay here. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, vending and laundry machines always full and working, quiet surroundings, friendly staff and great location. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

I stayed here one night and had a bad experience. Everyone should heed the warnings from other reviewers and don't get tempted by the cheaper rates offered at this place. We checked in pretty late and didn't come back to the hotel until 2 AM. As I was brushing my teeth, I saw that the bathroom sink was severely clogged and would not drain. Then I went to use the kitchen sink and it leaked water all over the floor. So neither the bathroom nor kitchen sinks were in acceptable condition to be used. The bathroom sink still did not drain the next morning. I brought this up to the front desk staff the next day during checkout, and they gaslit me for not calling them when it happened, even though there was NOBODY at the front desk at 2 AM to whom you can talk. How about a simple apology for the room being shitty? Last but not least, the kitchenette did not come with any of the dishes, utensils, cups, pots, or whatever else they advertised. The staff look rather miserable and seem to hate their job. The hotel manager number that they gave me was just the corporate line for general booking. This place is a joke.

I dropped my Druncle P's friend Eric off here a few weeks ago and recently checked in on him to see how things are going. He's in heaven! He was living in a house down by the water in Bonnet Shores, but now he has a place all to himself in the city! He's safe - there's tons of police who check on/deal with any issues that may arise. Impeccable signals - there's a massive 5g apparatus tower directly across the street. Clean air - there is 'no smoking' signs in the hotel Entertainment - he's in heaven. He can watch sports all by himself all day, but when he needs a little bit of human touch, this place is crawling with 'characters'.

This is my 3rd stay here , work related, I stay 2 -3 months at a time. Pros: great location, new televisions, mattresses and frames, and soon to have upgraded door keys, Cons: entering my room, the footrest was up on the recliner with an empty candy wrapper on the bed, 2 desks with 2 chairs?? , missing one of the bed side tables, toilet seat had crap on it and the kitchen sink is still clogged like it was last year when I was here.. in this same room! One of the benefits of an extended stay is on site laundry... when it works. It does not. I'm how going to a laundromat. Security?? The side door and back door are kept open with rocks over night. I'm glad I'm not paying for this
