Great hotel at a great location for traveling in and out of Providence. This was my second time at this location. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful finding a great place to have a bite. The rooms are what I expect at a Fairfield. Clean, modern, and well kept. The beds are easy to sleep in. No tossing and turning. Air-conditioning is always on point cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There's a small bar located on location for a quick night cap as well.

Great place for access to TF Green airport, just minutes away. We stay over before an early morning flight, leave our car there for $10 a day, catch their shuttle to the airport and then get picked up when we return, dropped off right at our car. What service! The people are all very friendly and make no bones about the fact that they want to make your stay the best experience! We love this place! Thanks to all..

Location is great right next to airport. Went to our room. The room smelled a little like stale cigarettes. There was a housekeeping person next to my room. I asked if she had some spray for the room. She just handed it to me. No hello can I help you nothing. Then the TV wasn't working got that fixed, then when we returned later that night the TV did not work again. Since it was after 11pm there was no maintenance I was told. I went and pulled some cables and reinstalled them. TV worked. Then there was no creamer for the coffee. Was told they were going to get some. Beds were comfy most of the staff were great.

The stay was great. The staff are very friendly and polite and supportive whenever you need help, the rooms are clean and cozy. The facilities are nice, and I made good use of the gym. The breakfast is very complete, and there is always tea, milk, cereal, and coffee available for guests. I recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

It's a relatively short walk from the airport terminal, though the signage for the path can be a little confusing. The rooms are clean, but are showing their age. The sliding door across the bathroom was VERY resistant to moving. The staff are pleasant, but some could use a little training, such as volunteering useful information to guests, such as breakfast hours, and how to properly connect to WiFi (hint: only sign in as a guest, and not with your name else things might not work right). The hotel breakfast is okay. Not the best I've encountered, but far from the worst. The omelets are decent. The muffins are... kind of gummy.
