We went down for Easter weekend of 2026 and we loved the room! Huge bed, clean and updated rooms, and an awesome rainfall shower with awesome water flow which is unusual for Myrtle Beach. This motel is right across from the beach and public access to it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for service is because their ice machine hasn't worked in years. FIX THE ICE MACHINE, IT'S HOT DOWN THERE!

I stumbled across this Hotel on Expedia, I’d first like to say that the remodel work was cheaply done, the beds sit low to floor and they also have critters and crawlers around the place. I’m extremely unimpressed about they’re not being An ice machine, the walls are paper thin and the doors are practically opened while they’re shut! they will find any and every way possible to withhold your deposit, I had an accident on the beach and hurt myself a bit and bled on the sheet while sleeping and my deposit was taken because of one sheet replacement on one of the beds, completely and totally unacceptable. I could see if the sheets were ripped and Purposely destroyed damaged but an accident on the beach! It is completely and totally unacceptable to withhold someone’s deposit because of an accident. I’m pretty sure the sheets did not cost what the deposit was. That was just a way for them to withhold the money, modern-day Scam artists.! My experience was Atrocious!

Easy check in. Got two rooms beside each other not on bottom floor as requested. The check in lady was sweet. The checkout lady thought she had a beautiful spirit about her. She smiled and greeted me as I was returning keys. We chatted about a shirt I had on. My rating doesn’t come from that it just comes from the noise. The slamming doors all night. Yelling and screaming running around outside. Sat in car watch group of teen boys hollering running back and forth. First night ambulance was there and police the group of young intoxicated men under us was interfering with them. Asking if someone died. Just a too much. My children are older but there were babies here. If they got sleep I’m very surprised. It would have been a perfect stay if they could control that more. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t stay again. At one point the group downstairs had truck full in parking lot hollering screaming playing music very loud. Just not good for kids. Perfect location! Rooms were great. Love the mirrors the bathrooms were beautiful!!!! No trash and in the room only the bathroom. Not sure why. Had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi but the check in lady assisted with that. We left early this morning so we could get home to get some much needed rest. Pool is open. Nice clean and quiet.

The office was honestly a little hard to find. It really needs a clear sign that actually says “Office” because I passed it at first. Check-in was smooth though. There’s a $100 deposit, but I came prepared so it was no issue. The front desk lady was really nice and made the process easy. Parking is fine. Free parking, you get a parking pass. The parking lot is tight though. Especially when the hotel is full, the parking spots are a bit tight to get in and out of. The main reason I took away a star is cleanliness under the beds. They are NOT sweeping under there. There were socks, mini lotions, dust, and random trash from previous guests. I also found two dead roaches under the bed. On top of that, there was a long black hair visible underneath the zip-up mattress protector, which was honestly confusing because I don’t even know how it would have gotten under there. The rest of the room was clean, including the bathroom. The upgrades inside the room are definitely the best part of the hotel. The bed is super soft — like one of those squishy plush pillows toys that kids love. I slept really well, and the pillows were soft and comfortable. The location is GREAT. It’s about a two-minute walk to the boardwalk, and we barely had to move the car the whole trip. The Wi-Fi situation was veryy weird. You have to connect through the TV, and even then, you’re stuck with Roku live TV. You can’t really use it like a normal smart TV. Inside the room gives nice hotel vibes and aesthetics, but the outside definitely gives more motel vibes. If they updated the exterior, it would match the inside much better. One big issue for me was the window setup. There’s one large window with only a blackout screen — no sheer curtain or blinds. So it’s either complete darkness or fully exposed. If you open the curtain, people can literally see straight into your room. That felt uncomfortable and honestly like a privacy issue. They really need to add sheer curtains so you can have natural light without being exposed. Overall, it was a good experience. I never felt unsafe, the staff was friendly, and the location was super convenient. I probably wouldn’t stay again because of the cleanliness issues under the bed and the bugs, but if you’re looking for something affordable and very close to the beach, and don’t mind a motel-style exterior, it gets the job done.

Stayed for one night. Things were okay. The room didn’t have any heat. And it got cold at night when it was 50 degrees. Hot water lasted about 10 mins. Not enough for even 2 people. Dead battery’s in TV. Hair and stuff in bed. It was cleaned tho, and wasn’t horrible. But definitely could use some improvements. Expect to hear all the noise from the strip as well. This didn’t bother me tho. As city sounds are not bothersome to me. $100 a night. $100 security deposit. Prob better places to stay but it works. And is in a perfect location.. although you can’t see water from location
