We had our anniversary dinner here and everything was perfect. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the drinks were also good. Service was excellent and very accommodating, he was always making sure we had everything we needed but not in an intrusive way which we loved. The complementary bread and philly steak egg rolls were so good that we didn’t even wait to take a picture. Would definitely be back.

When you walk into Firebirds Wood Fired Grill you are immediately hit with the wonderful smell of wood fire cooking!! We came here for a Sunday brunch and left happy and satisfied! Our server was Ava and she was pleasant and really good at her job! They started us off with the bread service and I loved it! We started off with the lobster queso with fresh and warm tortilla chips and we both really loved it. Its a bit fishy but we sti liked it! For the main entree We went with the steak and eggs bowl and it was good but not great. They main reason for a 4 star review is because of the potatoes in this bowl were not freshly cooked. They were definitely from a box or a bag and warmed up and put in this plate. The steak was cooked to perfection and the eggs were good. We loved the horseradish sauce! It all went together nicely!!For the dessert we went with the special chocolate bread pudding with hot fudge!! This sounded amazing!! And we also had to get the carrot cake with the Carmel sauce drizzle to go! To start off I'm a HUGE!! BREAD PUDDING FAN!! So I had high expectations!! I'm sad to say that this bread pudding was the worst I've ever had. The carrot cake on the other hand was pretty good!! All in all it was a good experience but I think they could have done better.

This was our first time coming here and we truly enjoyed our first visit!! Chris did an amazing job as our server and went above and beyond. The food was delicious, plating was great and the weather was perfect for seating outside on their patio. My mom had the Tomahawk pork chops and I had their seasonal Seared Grouper; both amazing entrees. The ingredients were fresh and cooked well! We’ll definitely be back!

Honestly, service and atmosphere were terrific. It’s a beautiful restaurant that makes you feel like you’re in for a delightful meal. But the quality of the steaks were sadly similar to what Black Angus offers. At this price point I expected there to be a considerable step up in calibre of beef vs BA. Got the Filet Mignon and it was simply ‘ok’. For a $43 7oz steak I was just anticipating more.. our waitress, and all staff we interacted with could not have been better. What I fear is that too much resources are put into the brick & mortar (the space is huuuuge) & the establishment presentation, that the quality of ingredients take a hit. Final note (totally personal opinion): a quality steak should not be wrapped in bacon. A good cut filet mignon should stand on its own and not need the support of such an inferior meat. (I understand you can order it without bacon, but my assertion is that the bacon is there to mask the disappointing steak).
