So easy to set up an appointment (be warned, the first part if a very realistic AI assistant, but then a human immediately calls you upon request). The tenant below my condo had a small leak. Fix n' Flow knows our 100 year old building, came out within 2 days, and going back and forth between apartments, diagnosed and fixed a poorly installed pipe that had become disconnected. Took pictures, kept me in the loop, performed the work only after I agreed, then took some pics and sent me a quick estimate for another plumbing job I'll need to schedule. Payment processed on site. Records and pics immediately sent. Just what a busy homeowner needs in order to keep track of maintenance costs and records. Nice and cleaned up after themselves, too. A+++

Highly Recommended! Professional Gas Plumbing Service I had an excellent experience with Bryan from Fix & Flow plumbing. He came out to install a new gas regulator and went completely above and beyond. Not only was the installation done with a high level of professionalism, but Bryan also took the extra time to walk me through the entire system. He showed me exactly where all the pilot lights and cutoffs are located and clearly explained how to operate them safely. To top it off, the invoicing process was seamless. The final invoice was incredibly thorough and fully documented with clear photos of the work completed. It’s rare to find that level of transparency and attention to detail. If you have any home gas plumbing needs, I highly recommend asking for Bryan. Top-notch service from start to finish!

Ben was very nice and professional. It appeared he was very busy today and got to my place at the end of my time slot window. He accessed the problem as a bad water pressure valve. He went to pick up a valve nearby since he used his last one earlier that day. He repaired the valve and insured everything was working properly and tested the pressure. One of my Sinclair on the 3rd floor somehow got clocked with something after the water restoration. He worked very hard to narrow down any problem and spent a good extra 30-45 min trying to fix the reason water would not flow through that one faucet. After he exhausted everything he could do I was given a quote for a replacement. Which I said I would think about it. After he left I continued to work on the facuect by removing the head and using a light pressure gun to relieve the obstruction. I am glad to say that it now works. Overall I am pleased with what Ben did and I don’t have much experience using plumbers, but I would definitely consider using Fix & Flow again

Fix and Flow has been consistent in delivering high-quality work and showing professionalism and care in everything they do. They completed a full sewer line repair for us a couple years ago. I received 3 estimates at the time, and while prices were comparable, they stood out for their thoroughness and clear communication. They took their time and didn't rush the job, even working late into the evening to avoid bad weather coming the next day. While the other companies wanted to break up the driveway, Fix and Flow worked with us on a less invasive option and carefully restored the landscaping afterward. We've used them several times since and have continued to be impressed. They don't push unnecessary services and clearly walk you through different options based on your budget while being upfront about the scope of the issue. They are always patient and respectful when explaining what work needs to be done. So glad I found this company!

My toilet needed maintenance and Fix and Flow was able to come the next day to check it out. As a business owner myself, I appreciated that they were able to work with my schedule. They use a messaging system to communicate when your repair man will be arriving and who will be arriving. I really appreciate the communication. Kendall came and worked quickly and efficiently to replace my toilet. He was very courteous and respectful of the property ensuring that everything was put back the same if not better than how he found it. I would highly recommend Fix and Flow for your Atlanta plumbing needs!
