I'd been wanting to try Giordano's for a while, but I have to be honest: I expected the food to taste better than it did, and overall I don't think it's worth the price. We ordered online for delivery, so part of that may be that deep dish is at its best fresh and piping hot out of the oven, which is hard to replicate by the time it arrives (our hotel is a 3-5 minute drive). We got the Meat and More Meat deep dish, and it was very heavy. That may simply be the nature of Chicago-style stuffed pizza. It's famously rich and filling, with one slice being a meal for some people, but it was a lot. The Rigatoni Bolognese in the family size is the better value of the two; you get a generous amount of food for the cost, though I found it lacking in flavor. It filled us up but didn't really wow us. Giordano's clearly has a strong reputation and a loyal following for its authentic deep dish, and plenty of people love it. For us, though, it landed as just okay. Decent food but not something I'd rush to reorder. If you do try it, I'd recommend dining in so you get it fresh.

If you’re planning a perfect downtown Indianapolis date, this has become our go-to ritual. We love catching an afternoon performance at the IRT or Hilbert Circle theater, then taking a relaxed stroll over to Giordano’s—it’s an easy, pleasant walk and a lovely way to extend the experience. The deep dish stuffed veggie supreme is the star of the evening. It’s rich, hearty, fresh and incredibly satisfying—the kind of meal you slow down for. And that cheese pull? Absolutely unforgettable. We always start with the calamari, which is crisp and flavorful, and then settle in by the wall of windows to people watch while we wait for the pizza to arrive. Fair warning: this is serious pizza. One slice is plenty for me, and my husband taps out after two. It’s indulgent in the best possible way. What really makes the experience shine, though, is the service. The team is consistently warm and welcoming, and Patrick, the GM, truly stands out. He goes above and beyond to accommodate special requests and make sure every guest leaves happy—it’s clear he takes pride in creating a great experience. All together, it’s more than just dinner—it’s a full, relaxed evening out that we look forward to every time.

If you’re anywhere near downtown Indianapolis and craving real Chicago‑style deep dish, stop scrolling and get yourself to Giordano’s. We ordered the double pepperoni with added bacon and chicken, and I swear this thing should come with a warning label. The crust was buttery perfection, the cheese pull was cinematic, and every bite was loaded with flavor. It wasn’t just good… it was mouth‑watering, fork‑dropping, sit‑back‑and‑stare-at-your-plate delicious. Service was smooth, the atmosphere was great, and that pizza alone is enough to make this a must‑visit spot. If you love deep dish or just want a meal that absolutely delivers, Giordano’s is the move.

Had such a great experience here! The atmosphere is super cool, clean, and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed meal or a fun night out. Our server, Glenn, was outstanding—friendly, polite, and really knew his stuff. He made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. We started with the calamari, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and then went all in on a Chicago-style deep-dish pizza. Honestly, it was incredible—fresh toppings, rich, flavorful sauce, and those cheesy pulls that make you go “wow.” Every bite was just perfect. The whole vibe, combined with amazing service and seriously good food, made this spot a total winner. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Indy—it’s the kind of place that makes you excited for your next visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great pizza and a chill, fun atmosphere.

Solid dining experience. I had the tomato bruschetta, which was overflowing with the perfect mix of chopped tomato, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, all sitting atop mozzarella cheese and crispy bread. I ate it so fast I forgot to take a picture! The deep dish pizza was cooked as ordered and was the perfect size for one. Service was prompt and friendly.
