Very clean room, entrance, hallways, and exterior of the building. Friendly staff & gave us a free late checkout for 12:30 instead of 11am. I was able to request it through the Hilton app. It was also automatic checkout through the app too. Will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area. I’d say the only downside was that you can easily hear people and cleaners in the hallway from your room because of the door design, but I wouldn’t knock off a star for that. They have snacks and drinks downstairs, a McDonald’s across the street, gas station across the street with a small convenience store inside, and free parking in their parking lot.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to stay at this hotel for personal reasons. I cannot recommend this hotel for the following facts: 1) The hotel is located on a very busy, noisy street in the town. The exterior is unkempt since it is strewn with cigarettes, and at some times, trash. 2) There were some plumbing issues such as the shower being clogged and the sink faucet leaking water consistently on the vanity. 3) Hospitality appears to be lacking at this particular Hampton Inn. I have stayed at numerous Hampton Inns/Hiltons throughout the country and have found this staff to be unwelcoming. I didn’t encounter all staff members but found the woman at the front desk first shift on weekdays to never greet customers unless the guest initiated conversation. The same scenario occurred with the two woman at the front desk second shift, Mary and Rosa. They sadly were especially very unfriendly and would never say hello. 4) My last point, and most important regarding this Hampton Inn, concerns the General Manager, Michael Brightman. This “gentleman” is far from the Hilton standard of excellence. He clearly lacks any semblance of integrity or professionalism. There are previous reviews of this general manager that points out his blatant disregard and arrogance for some hotel guests in the past. However, the biggest problem I experienced with this man is his outright deceit and dishonesty pertaining to an issue at this hotel. I have informed Hilton corporate regarding Mr. Brightman.

Had a very good overnight stay at here. I did not have time for breakfast or to use many amenities here, but the check in/check out experience was simple. The room i had was very nice for a standard guest room. No unpleasant odors, no noises, no "little things". I have often overlooked staying here instead of in Providence. Yet providence has no hilton options with free parking anymore, and while it is convenient to be in walking distance to downtown, i have found seekonk to be a better commute than Pawtucket, when staying at a hampton inn. (Also, gas was cheaper here.. paid 2.59$, while across ri border it peaked at 3.09$)

This Hampton Inn/Hilton property is run with a "customer first" mindset. The beds are comfortable, the AC is actually controlled by the wall unit, the showers are hot. Free breakfast every morning and the staff is always willing to serve. I will absolutely be returning to this location when I am back in town for business or pleasure. Whomever is managing this specific property should be the model for all other Hilton properties - Hands down my best hotel experience. The pool is immaculate and heated too!

If I could give no stars I most certainly would. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel ever. I booked my room, two queens because I was traveling with my dad, weeks in advance. When I arrived (after driving over 15 hours just to get there) they switched us to a single king with a “pull out” because they “overbooked” the double queen rooms and stated I was traveling with 1 adult. My confirmation email CLEARLY states 2 adults so nice try. There were two people at the front desk when we arrived and neither of them paid us any attention and seemed annoyed that we were even there. This was at 3:30pm. How is it at all comparable to change someone from two queens to a king with a “pullout”?! Oh, and don’t get me started on how nasty that pullout was (was food underneath the cover and the underside of the mattress was black showing its age). They didn't even offer to make it right. No discount, late checkout… nothing. We did speak with someone that evening who said they would “look into” getting a discount but we were charged full price. Oh, there were kids running up and down the hall all night, the people next door were listening to their TV at full blast (which the hotel itself can’t really control but they very well could have placed those with kids in one area of the hotel), and it was just terrible in general. No, I don’t have pictures. I was far too angry to get them.
