  Unfortunately I have to agree with other less than positive reviews. We have been Hilton Honors member for over 10 years and this facility should be an embarrassment to the franchise. The carpet tiles in our room were shredding at the lip of the bathroom. That barn door style entrance to the bathroom that opened directly into the room was certainly “interesting”. It provided virtually no privacy while using the bathroom. And the huge mirrored door that faced the bed was poorly placed in my opinion. The entire bathroom floor was sticky and had scattered spots that were either paint or whatever they used around the tub. There was no timepiece if any kind in the room. Yes,we have cell phones but a clock would be nice. The king sized bed was so worn we just kept rolling into the middle of it. The room was very utilitarian and clearly old. About the only redeeming factor was a fairly decent breakfast. Fortunately we were only there for one night. Definitely won’t be back.

  Stacy at the front desk was really nice and helped me with some stuff I needed and made my stay much better . I was able to get breakfast still after breakfast hours were over , they still let me get food when the doors were half closed which I really liked. The building is older and I think could use some fixes and more modernization in the rooms. Rooms were clean and overall I had a good stay.

  Perfect location close to TF Green Airport. Great stopover for early morning or delayed flights. This is used instead of a hotel shuttle so don't be put off that they do not have a shuttle. The hotel will provide a free Lyft ride to the airport. Friendly staff Stacy, Mannie and Mervins, always make you feel a welcome guest. Free breakfast is available until 10am and grab bags are available at the front desk for those of you leaving very early in the morning. Large, clean breakfast area with large screen TV is available. There is a fruit basket which is available during and after breakast ends. Free coffee is available in the lobby area together with a selection of tea with fresh lemons, and packets of hot chocolate. Plates and cutlery to use for your own food. The location is close to restaurants that you can walk to. The hotel lobby area has been revamped and is bright and comfortable. There is a swimming pool (check first to see if it is open) and there is a gym on the ground level. Good budget friendly stay.

  The hotel building is a bit outdated, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, though I did notice a small stain on the blanket. Overall, the rooms could definitely benefit from some renovation and updates. I asked if they have a pool and staff said the pool was not functional. The TV is not a smart TV, but for the price, the stay was still very comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast—it was great, with good options to start the day. They also offer free water, coffee, and tea, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked well during my stay. Another big advantage is the free parking, which adds a lot of value. Overall, it’s a good and comfortable stay for the price, especially if you’re near the airport, but some upgrades would really improve the experience.

  I choose this hotel for a one night stay, because of its close proximity to the airport. The check-in was quick and easy, and even though I was early, they checked me in pretty quick. The room I had was on the ground floor. I would suggest to have thick socks or keep your shoes in if you stay here in winter, since the floor was really cold. I especially appreciate the condition and setting if the fitness room. The machines are in really good condition, everything is clean and even towels are provided. Breakfast selection was good and satisfying.
