I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay. The room was clean, as were the halls and common spaces. I never heard hotel noise while in my room, but could hear traffic (to be expected) on the 6th floor. The staff were kind, outgoing, and helpful. My only criticism is the breakfast; it just wasn't very flavorful.

Loved the convenience of this hotel! Little over 1 mile from GBMC. Very clean, comfortable and excellent guest services staff! Had a very unusual situation and everyone of the staff...Angel, Mariah, Jiniayah, AJ and Nat were so accommodating, pleasant and understanding with my requests. Helped me so much with the stress I was experiencing from having my husband in the hospital with major surgery. I am grateful for having the experience of wonderful team when I needed it most! Thank you all again! Breakfast was also a perk and very good! 100 percent recommend this hotel!

We have now stayed at this hotel a few times and each time has been an excellent experience. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Shower is amazing. The staff is warm and courteous and friendly and helpful. We most certainly will be staying here again.

The location was the only good thing I can say about this Hampton Inn location. When myself and my daughter arrived to our room, the washroom door handle was broken and swinging back and forth. The shower water pressure felt like I was taking a shower in some sprinklers outside. So clearly they did not do a walkthrough or cleaning of my room before our stay. Then our last night there, the hotel gave room key access to a different guess who entered my room at 10:45pm at night while me and my daughter were sleeping. Yes, they refunded half of the stay but to be honest they should have done more. That was a safety hazard for myself and my daughter. If we weren’t in our room then those guests could have walked into our room with all of our personal belongings and I probably would have never known. I couldn’t not share my experience because it had me shook for the rest of the night. Be careful when staying at this hotel and please keep your latch on and a sign outside of your door that says occupied. I’m still angry about this situation. Because what if my 17 year old would have been in there alone for a moment. Just be careful staying here

My autistic son N I had a great stay. The room was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was great. We love the fact that The Whole Foods Market is right across the street. We loved the restaurants right around the corner. We plan on coming back next year for Labor Day Weekend.
