Hart’s has been one of my go to restaurants in the past couple of years. Love both of their sister restaurants in Manahattan. Food is always amazing and service is excellent. Their clam toast is delicious and their sharing plates are some of my favorite in NYC.

Hart's has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Brooklyn. I arrived right at opening (5:30pm) and was seated at the bar immediately. It's super convenient if you're coming off the A/C. The playlist was great and the vibe was calm and unhurried. The food is where Hart's really shines. The roast oysters with vermouth butter and horseradish were the standout of the night, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of kick. The savoy cabbage with serrano ham and borlotti beans was homey and comforting. The clam toast with pancetta was deeply savory and something I'd come back for on its own. The seafood rice was the one dish that didn't quite land for me. Not bad, just the least memorable of the bunch. Highly recommend

Very small and very delicious. The chef knows is acid / alkaline / salt balance extremely well. Everything we ate here was top notch. Nice discovery during a recent stay in brooklyn- highly recommend.

Most dishes except clam toast polish panceda were awesome. Clams were bit too tiny with not much of meat in it. Atmosphere was good. Service was great.

I’m glad I got to try this restaurant. Located right next to the S train, Hart’s is a seafood, olive oil, simple menu focused eatery. I appreciated the quality of the olive oil and the bread. The lamb burger was pretty damn good too. The tomato salad was one of the best I’ve had. A bit too pricey for the food and quantity, but hey, I’d come back again.
