I had an excellent experience with Head's. Alexia was great with communication..I received text and phone calls with updates if times and clear expectations. Sean was professional and excellent at replacing my water heater. He quickly provided an estimate and completed all the work needed and cleaned up. This heater was old and a bit of a pain and he worked through all the challenges and did an amazing job. I would definitely use them again and recommend to all.

I had a leaking shower. The technician,Gene, was kind, professional, and thorough. I enjoyed working with him and listening to his diagnostic theories. The job was $1090. After paying cash,the main office called to collect the $40 dispatch fee. For 6 days, the shower leak seemed fixed. It has now resurfaced. We've contacted the company who will return on Monday to reassess. I'm confident that it will be fixed at that time and we won't be charged another $1000 for a problem that was never solved.
