I had an absolutely incredible experience today! I started with a wonderful massage that perfectly soothed all of my aches. Afterward, I spent some time in the oxygen chamber, which was incredibly relaxing. It was the perfect environment to practice deep breathing while fueling my mitochondria with pure oxygen for internal healing. I finished my visit with a brief, calming layout on the BioMat. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and will absolutely be back for more self-care. Highly recommend!

So I have to be completely honest. The aesthetic of this place is nice, but the quality of service that I received was sub-par. My appointment was booked for 9:30AM with Sasha Green. When I arrived no one was there and the door was locked. I called and called until someone picked up the phone. They said that Sasha was on her way. Sasha then texted me to tell me that she thought my appointment was at 10 AM and she didn’t get an email and yada yada ya. I booked the lymphatic full body massage and learned that Sasha mostly does facials and that is her expertise. She massaged my shoulders fairly well. But when it came the rest of my body, it felt as if she did nothing and I did not feel a difference when I got off the table, I was very disappointed. This was my treat for myself for Valentine’s Day. I’ve had way better massages. I also booked a yoni steam where the pot was too hot. I rang the bell several times no one responded. They said the bell was broken, she threw me in a room where the yoni pots where and left me and no one checked to see if I was ok or needed anything. I could say a lot more. I don’t think you guys should have Sasha doing massages if that isn’t her expertise. I paid over $100 dolllars for massage and left completely unsatisfied! I don’t think I will return. Maybe I just had the wrong masseuse.

Yesterday was my cousin and I first time here. We booked the colonic and I later realized I couldn't get the colonic for health reason. They were able to change our service to get a massage. I love how they handled the change of services at the last minute. The customer service was top notch Let me tell you both of our massages were out of this world. My foot detox was really good and my cousin loved the infrared red sauna. We were talking with the owner and found out she grew up in the same neighborhood as well did. Thank you all for the wonderful service. We will definitely be back.
