I got couple massage today with my husband and it was awful. The lady was putting so much pressure on neck despite of me asking her to kindly lower down the pressure 3 times. She was not understanding the English and my husband next to me ask the man who was performing massage to my husband to decrease the pressure but both of them were pressing soo hard. It was not at all relaxing instead it was so painful and it still is painful. I am in bad pain right now & I couldn’t move my neck and same issue with my husband he has severe knee pain after the massage. Never gonna try that again. Anyone going to their Sandy Spring branch should ask the staff to not use extra hard hands otherwise you will be ending up getting bruises around your neck and back like me. 🙄

My husband treated me to a one-hour full body massage for Mother’s Day, and it was such a wonderful experience. It was my first time here, and I absolutely loved it. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the therapeutic oils made it even more calming — I almost fell asleep during the session. I also appreciated how they had me fill out a form beforehand and genuinely paid attention to my preferences. I requested medium pressure and was a little worried it might not be to my liking, but it turned out to be absolutely perfect. My massage therapist was delightful, and you could immediately tell she was very experienced. She paid close attention to the areas I specifically wanted to focus on, especially my back, and made sure to work on them thoroughly throughout the session. I also opted for the stretching add-on, and I’m so glad I did because I absolutely loved it. The entire experience felt thoughtful, professional, therapeutic, and truly relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have been visiting Healing Touch in Sandy Springs for years now. I live in West Midtown and there are other massage places around my area but Healing Touch has an amazing ambience, great customer service and a Thai stretch that not every massage place offers. This is why I love their menu and all of their services, but especially the Thai stretch. I also would add on a reflexology or another service and regardless of what I would chose, I still have the best experience. Ambiance and Thai stretch in the menu + quality of that service.
