Service by our waitress, Angel was great here but thats where this ends for us. Outside seating which sounded nice to us all. However you get the smell of every vehicles exhaust wafting over to your table when they stop at the light. That bitter smell and no fault to the restaurant but some of the most obnoxious and loud people I have ever sat next to outside let alone inside anywhere I have sat seated behind us. Maybe inside is better but the food wasnt all that impressive either. The rosemary and parm fries were unimpressive. Could have made better at home but they were fresh cut. Salmon burger was very salty. Regular burger was decent but a little weird tasting. Heck sauce was actually the best thing to put on the fries to make they worth eating. Mac and cheese was better than the burgers but still could have been something any one could make in their own kitchen. Maybe sit inside is all I can suggest.

Brunch at Heck’s Café was fantastic from start to finish. The Nutella milkshake was rich and delicious. Our server, Merriman, recommended sharing the Baklava French Toast, which was a great call and let us try more dishes. The eggplant shakshuka was full of flavor, and we soaked up every bit with their homemade sourdough. The short rib omelette was hearty and generously sized. The Croque Monsieur featured a velvety Mornay sauce and was perfectly balanced with a fresh arugula salad. We stuck to the brunch menu to try items not on their regular lineup, and everything delivered. It’s a true scratch kitchen and a bit of a hidden gem. Highly recommend!

Visited on 3/21/26. Our waitress was fantastic. The food was good. However, I left hungry. I ordered the wild mushroom ravioli dish. No salad, no roll, just 7 ‘skimpy’ ravioli with a few pieces of mushroom and spinach in sauce. This meal was way overpriced at $27🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

I met a friend here for a quick catch-up and early dinner. We had reservations so we're seated right away. I parked on the street. I'm honestly not sure if there is more or better parking elsewhere 🤔 I didn't look. I hate street parking but oh well... It was early so, no worries. This was my 1st time here at this location. So when you enter, it's odd. It seems as tho you're walking through the servers areas. IDK it was just weird but whatever, you have to walk through that to get to customer seating soooooo... Our waitress pretty much came over right away. She made suggestions, we ordered. I ordered a Cesear salad and a sangria. The sangria was a little bitter so I asked if the bartender could make it a little sweeter and he did. It was delicious 😋 The "croutons" on my salad were different from any I've ever had. Good. Just different. It was if they were crushed all over the salad. Again, very good. And the serving size was rather large. I was surprised I finished most of it. I would definitely order that again. My friend only ordered the truffle fries and omg they were so tasty! I couldn't stop eating her fries 😂 The service was great. We didn't wait on refills or anything we asked for. Everything was great! This location's service far exceeds the Beachwood location. I cant wait to return!

Heck's lives up to its reputation for having one of the best burgers in Cleveland. They offer a variety of styles, and they all deliver. The burgers are cooked perfectly, juicy, and packed with great flavors. The atmosphere is super cool, and they have an extensive weekend brunch menu if you're looking for something beyond burgers. We definitely recommend Heck's - they have multiple locations throughout the area. Make reservations, as the place was super busy.
