In from Galveston, TX for my wife's UTHealth retirement party. Julie at the bar took care of us with great service; not too fast not too slow. Enjoyed the GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD with field greens, jicama, honey-lime vinaigrette, peanut sauce; and a glass of wine. This place has always been great for food quality and service. You cannot beat the ambience. Wish we lived closer.

Our family went to Hillstone on a Sunday for my husband's 50th birthday. We went for the French Dip sandwiches. They did not disappoint. Neither did the chili my husband had. Everything came out hot and fresh. The service was ok, I have definitely had better at lower price point restaurants but maybe that is just the vibe there. I will try again soon as they have other menu items I am interested in.

Had a fantastic night out with friends at Hillstone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s got that perfect blend of a high-energy vibe and top-tier hospitality that makes for a great evening. The Highlights * Service & Vibe: The staff was absolutely spot on—attentive without being overbearing. The location has a great atmosphere, and the cocktail area looked so inviting; we definitely want to grab a drink there next time. 🍸✨ * The Standout Sides: Surprisingly, the vegetable and side dishes stole the show! The Brussels sprouts and the potatoes were the best things we ate all night. Seriously, don't skip them. 🥗🥔 The Mains While the food was good overall, the main courses felt a bit more "average" compared to the hype: * The Ribs: Definitely the winner of the three mains we tried. Tender and flavorful. 🍖 * Pork Chop & Hawaiian Steak: Both were decent, but didn't quite hit that "must-order" level for us this time around. 🥩 Final Thoughts We’re definitely coming back! We caught a whiff of the rotisserie chicken on the way out and it smelled (and looked) incredible, so that’s already at the top of our list for the next visit. 🍗 A solid experience for a fun night out with great company!
