Decent hotel! The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was nice (especially the made-to-order eggs). The fitness center and pool are quite small, but this is a decent place to stay if passing by!

The only reason this hotel gets 2 stars is because of the friendly staff who are just doing their jobs. This place is a money trap with overinflated fees and outrageous prices for a basic breakfast. Which btw would come complimentary at cheaper yet nicer hotels. This hotel is just a cheap motel 6 disguising itself as a 3 star hotel. Maybe they charge the outrageous prices because they have a pool. A pool that was freezing and the hot tub did not work at all. I never book at Hilton normally, now I understand why, and will continue to not book Hilton going forward.

The hotel has a great location and well-appointed lobby. The rooms have good points - good housekeeping, comfortable beds, nice Crabtree & Evelyn products, and clean wallpaper and furnishing. The bathroom has some quirks, such as shower curtain liner that didn't come close to reaching edge of tub (so you need to put the actual shower curtain inside tub). The shower volume is inadequate making it difficult to wash hair or rinse. There was a coffee setup with cups, condiments, and K-cups, but no coffee maker!

Solid place in a solid location. It's not fancy but it's a great value. The grandparents stay here when they come to visit and always have had a positive experience. The pool is a nice add for kids and the breakfast is legit. Rooms are a little dated, but not bad and the staff has always been responsive and courteous. I would stay here and recommend it to others, including family.

I got a handicapped accessible room due to my child being in a wheelchair and it was perfect. Lots of space to move around she was very comfortable. Jessica at the front desk was very accommodating and cheerful throughout our whole process. The main thing that bothered me was the pool area. I feel like it could have been maintained better. The battery to the lift was not charged and I was doubtful I was going to be able to get my daughter out the pool and it would stop mid-air but we made it! I would absolutely suggest getting breakfast at the restaurant! The staff were amazing!!! Our server made my daughter as comfortable as she possibly could and that meant a lot to me!!! I would come back just honestly because of the way she and Jessica made sure our experience was as comfortable as could be!!!
