    Area unsafe! Two cars were vandalized/robbed last night 10June26. The receptionist at the front desk informed me that guest are responsible for their own vehicles; not the hotel. Completely unacceptable. 100% DO NOT recommend staying here.

    Front desk service was very kind when checking in . For the cost of over $500 for one night I would expect not to have to clean the shower floor before taking a shower due to fear of slipping on the soap residue. Pillows were terrible . Lumpy and flat. I was surprised when we went down for breakfast and we had to pay for it. I had toast that came out chewy and burnt. The server never came back to take the check . We ended up throwing a $20 on the table and walking out. We have traveled many places and stayed in several hotels and I can say for the price this was so disappointing. We will now think twice before staying in another Hilton location.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The pool area was not clean at all—it looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained, and the surrounding area was also dirty, which made it really uninviting to use. The bathroom in our room was also gross and clearly not cleaned properly before our stay. That alone made us uncomfortable and set a bad tone for the visit. Another issue was the unexpected extra charges. We were never informed ahead of time that parking was an additional cost, which was frustrating. The biggest surprise, though, was breakfast. It was not included, and many guests—including us—seemed completely blindsided by this. On top of that, breakfast costs $18 per person, which is extremely overpriced for what you get. You don’t even get to choose what you want, and the portions and quality definitely don’t justify the price. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and transparency really took away from the experience. I would not stay here again unless these issues were addressed.

    I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Warwick from 2/19/26 through 2/22/26, and what should have been a relaxing stay turned into a very disappointing experience. We were scheduled to check out on 2/22, but due to a severe blizzard and a driving vision advisory, we were unable to leave. There was an active travel ban and we literally could not leave the parking lot. My car was completely snowed in, and we had to shovel it out ourselves. The hotel lost power — there was no electricity, no hot water, and the elevators were not working. I was staying on the sixth floor, which made the situation even worse. It was freezing cold inside the hotel, and I wasn’t able to eat for hours. Despite these extreme conditions, the only option we were given was to pay full price for another night without power, heat, food, electricity or to check out and sit in the freezing lobby which also had no heat. I was extremely disappointed that a hotel such as Hilton did not have a backup generator in place for emergencies like this. The lack of preparedness and the staff’s lack of accommodation during a blizzard and travel ban was frustrating and unacceptable.     Great Overnight Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick We only needed a quick overnight stay, and this hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire property (lobby, hallways, elevators) was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh throughout — something I always notice and really appreciate. Check-in and check-out were a breeze using the Hilton app, so we had minimal interaction, but every staff member we did see was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Convenient location, super clean, comfortable beds, and great service. Couldn’t ask for more. We’ll definitely be back!!
