Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and welcoming. While my mother was confirming our check-in time, they even offered drinks to those of us waiting in the car, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hotel feels modern, well maintained, and has several amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The staff was consistently kind, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. We booked rooms with a river view, and that's exactly what we received. The hotel also has a pool (although it was closed during our stay), multiple restaurants, and even a Starbucks on-site. Its location right by the river is excellent, and there are plenty of places to visit nearby, including shopping malls. Overall, it's a well-located hotel with outstanding service, and we would gladly stay here again.

Great service and prime location, just needs a cosmetic refresh I had a really solid stay here. The service was absolutely amazing—the staff went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was incredibly spacious, which gave me plenty of room to work and relax. The only real downside is that the rooms are showing their age. The furniture and carpeting feel pretty dated and could definitely use an upgrade to match the price point. On the plus side, the attached restaurants right on the Riverwalk were very good and made grabbing a meal incredibly convenient. Overall, the excellent service and location make it worth it, it just needs a little TLC in the decor department.

I had a quick bite at the Rivers Edge patio bar and was waited on by Stacee. She served me with quality customer service and such a gorgeous smile. She made sure that everything was OK and made some great recommendations for me to just have a quick bite before I try to find a great brisket spot. Thank you as I enjoyed this place and whenever I return back to San Antonio, I will visit you again. Thanks Stacee… keep smiling!!!
