Location was amazing and the service was great our room had a few problems but nothing that made us need to move rooms or anything the biggest thing was our shower was not draining and they fixed that as soon as I informed them. The bed was super comfortable and the view was amazing

Other than the directions to actually get to the hotel being abysmal, everything else was a great experience. Great location to a lot of things to do and see. Set your destination to the Spy Museum if you want to get to this hotel as it sits right in front of the entrance. Goggle directions will have to going in circles on streets that run below the hotel.

Beautiful hotel! Very kind staff. But the room was so so dirty. Looked like sheets hadnt been washed or cleaned. Sink didnt drain the whole time we were there. Shower was very dirty

Took a short subway ride to an event being held here and we were blown away by the staff’s enthusiasm, polite attitude and overall service. The front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate us when we needed a stick of deodorant at the last moment. Great hotel!

No laundry. Horrible rooms for 3 which would fit four. Maybe if they were all children.

The hotel was great. It is in the perfect location because you can get to the metro through the L’Enfant Plaza underneath, which made travel very easy. The Starbucks in the lobby is good for a nice morning snack and the staff in the hotel are very helpful.

Great venue for the meeting I attended. The desk staff was perfect, and Connie, at the lounge, was super-attentive and friendly.

The room had many unexpected yet thoughtful amenities such as the water boiler. However, We were disappointed that Hilton advertises the room to have a mini fridge. Upon inspection, the fridge is programmed to run for only two hour increments. This led to a hotel stay that was extremely frustrating. Would not recommend his hotel for new moms who require a fridge for breast milk storage and persons with disabilities or illnesses requiring refrigerated medications. Otherwise, the beds were nice king size beds. The room had a nice bathroom - be aware there is a window that allows guests to look into the bathroom but the window does have blinds. The kids were excited for the pool which is seasonally closed so read the pool open dates closely. The location is conveniently close to the air and space museum and spy museum. It is also at the Lefant metro stop. Unfortunately, direct access into the lefant mall/hotel from metro closes after a certain time at night. ADA accessibility into the hotel is a bit challenging to locate. After several tries, we finally found that only the front main entrance into the hotel is DA accessible. Would recommend for specific types of guests and would be hesitant to recommend the location for families with kids due to the limits on the pool and fridge.

We stayed at the Hilton National Mall for a few nights over the weekend and had a wonderful experience that easily met the high standards of the Hilton brand. The location is incredibly convenient, with both the National Mall and the Wharf within easy walking distance. While valet parking is the only option and runs $65 a day, the text-ahead feature is highly efficient—we never had to wait for our vehicle. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the daily housekeeping. The staff cleaned our room, emptied the trash, and replaced towels every single day. Having stayed at several other Hilton properties during this trip where this wasn't the norm, this was a fantastic and welcome change. We left a generous cash tip with a thank-you note to show our appreciation, and I truly hope other Hilton properties follow their lead. The only issue we encountered occurred one evening when taking the Metro back to the L'Enfant Plaza station. We followed the signs for the hotel, but the exit led us to the back of a government building surrounded by construction. There was no Hilton signage in sight, making it very difficult to navigate to the main entrance. During our detour around the building, we encountered several unhoused individuals, which made the walk feel a bit uneasy. The hotel could definitely benefit from better directional signage both inside the station and around the exterior during this construction phase.
