We went to the Fathers Day brunch with my husband, my 4 yr old, my brother in law and teenage nephew. We were blown away by the lovely buffet and the excellent service. Everyone went above and beyond to make Fathers Day feel special for my husband and brother in law. We will definitely be back. All the food was delicious and fresh, the drinks were wonderful as well. The Bloody Mary came with a bunch of tasty treats. The atmosphere was great and everyone was friendly. Amazing job team.

Saturday visit with a large group. Atmosphere was fun, loud, lively. Ordered food based on recommendation K N U S P R I G E S C H W E I N S H A X E N. It is a huge pork knuckle with a side of dumpling and sourkrout $38 dish. This is supposed to be crispy skin, but it was rubbery and a lot of fat inside. Probably the most disgusting thing I've eaten. Only ate meat pieces on the inside that I could pick out to not eat fat balls. The place was so busy that I didn't bother saying anything.

Overall good experience! Atmosphere was awesome, food was good, beer was absolutely amazing, we definitely will be back. Some dishes were cold with how busy the place is we understand not everything can be perfect. Great polka music when we were there.

Cool building and good beer, but the experience overall was pretty underwhelming. We drove about 30 minutes expecting a lively German beer hall, but the place felt surprisingly quiet and flat. The atmosphere itself is great and has a lot of potential. The beers were good and the fried chicken was excellent. The potato soup and cod with pierogies were also really good (once the soup order made it to the kitchen). Service was okay but not very attentive even though the place wasn’t busy. The hostess barely smiled when we walked in. My chicken paprikash had great sauce but barely any chicken — mostly a big pile of cold spaetzle. Also worth noting: the Lent menu wasn’t available when we visited, and the water tasted very heavily chlorinated. Overall it just didn’t feel worth the 30-minute drive. With the atmosphere they have, it seems like it could be a much more fun and lively place.

Large German restaurant, near Cleveland downtown. Inside has a similar look as a tent at Octoberfest in Germany. Sometimes live band, good selection of beers including NA. Large public parking available next block. Food is good. Service ok
