Entrance was dirty and loud with construction. Nothing on website indicating this. Sounds of some construction vehicle working outside the room. Moldy smell through the hallway. Left an item and called the front desk- very unprofessional and could care less. Not help and lied about cameras at the footage. One of the worse hotels!

Clean room and a big tv. They're currently upgrading the first floor which is nice to see. I've been staying at Marriot thinking they were the superior hotel but I guess I was wrong. Gonna ditch the bon voy app because the mobile key is a complete joke and hasn't worked at any of the 7 marriots I've been to in eastern PA. Why advertise a feature that you can't get to work? Absolute clowns. Also I've booked through bon voy and The stay gets lost and The points are lost with it. The holiday inn app works a million times better. They don't offer a mobile key but HEY, Marriot doesn't either really. Seems Holiday put more effort into the app. Auto connect wifi is nice too. I'll try these Holidays out and keep y'all posted for as long as I'm working around here.

I gave it a 1 star rating because looks are deceiving. Beware if you check in at 2am Saturday morning you may see working women drunk with their butt out and breast completely showing scantily dressed with their trick walking in casually. This was no coincidence because while waiting for the elevator i witnessed more than one. I brought it to Monday manager attention 4/11/26. His response the hotel is open to the public.

Staff are AH MAZE ING!! We stayed here two years ago and had a lovely suite which wasn’t available this visit sadly! So here we are now and we just checked into our room for this stay! Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite up to our expectations. No worries though because thankfully the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond, aiding us in finding the right room for our stay! She was so very kind and activated cards to different rooms so I could check them out before committing to a choice! They are renovating which posed some minor issues with our air conditioning unit. Don’t you sweat it (no punt intended) because the staff member (overseeing the property) came up to our room multiple times to help us!! He was very fore-bearing and fixed everything so we could be comfortable! It turns out that they have thermostats on the wall to change the temperature which we were unfamiliar with. Hands down the most accommodating, helpful, patient staff we’ve ever encountered!!! Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!!!

Had a very pleasant stay here. The lady at reception was very pleasant and friendly, check-in was quick and easy. The lobby smelled very nice as well. The room was spacious and well kept. The bathroom amenities were great, had full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was a pleasant surprise (instead of the little tiny ones most hotels have lol). Also had a few body lotions bottles, make up remover and a bar of soap, more amenities than most hotels! Bed of comfy and had a great night’s sleep. Delicious coffee and great breakfast bar. Only drawback of the tv was a bit outdated and did not have a guide menu, but very slight inconvenience and did not detract from overall experience. Would definitely stay here again!
