I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, plus the location was perfect for exploring the area. Would definitely come back!

My husband and I have stayed here a few times. This visit was..I’m not sure subpar even covers it. First the curtain was falling off the window. Easy fix and very noticeable. Second the bathroom tiles were coming up off the floor. I mean they weren’t secured down so when you stepped on one half the other half came up creating a trip hazard. Fun in the middle of the night. Then I noticed the compartment where the microwave is was very dusty on the sides. I told the manager and instead of apologizing she gave the excuse that it’s hard to reach bc the microwave is attached. I have a swiffer duster at home for just this purpose. Next my husband and I were getting off the elevator and we saw a mouse/rat run into a room like it had rented it. When we brought this to the managers attention she didn’t even offer an apology she just said yeah I looked in that room. Now we were on the 4th floor it didn’t just wander in. It’s been a longtime resident. People leave trash in the halls so I’m not sure if they have long term people staying there. Now we stayed there on points so the room was already free we weren’t looking for compensation we just wanted to let them now. We were also very discrete and made sure no other guests were nearby when we spoke to her. Honestly if she had just offered an apology and showed any care or concern I would not be writing this. However it’s obvious she does not care about guest satisfaction. Maybe the owners don’t care either so she doesn’t. This stay has already been reported to IHG and I’m contemplating notifying the city as well about the pest issue. It is a very convenient location so just keep this in mind when choosing one of the many hotels in the area. We will choose differently next time.

We stayed three nights over a weekend and received no cleaning service. When I inquired at the front desk I was told that rooms aren’t cleaned on weekends because they are too busy!!! This is unacceptable! This hotel has spacious guest rooms and a nice lobby area for breakfast. Our room had moldy caulking but it was ok. The hot water was inconsistent and hard to regulate in the shower. Breakfast was just ok. The scrambled eggs were powdered and the sausage was just gross. They did offer Greek yogurt, apples, and decent coffee.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and had a fantastic experience. Despite arriving around 2:00 AM due to a delayed flight, the hotel went above and beyond by arranging an Uber for me since their shuttle wasn't available at that hour. That thoughtful gesture made all the difference after a long travel day. The front desk staff, including Daniel, Sophie, and Antoinette, provided exceptional service. They were courteous and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The housekeeping team also did a wonderful job keeping the room immaculate. Breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable, and the location is super convenient—close to the airport in Providence, Rhode Island. Once again, congratulations to all the staff for the great work!

I stayed a week at this location. The whole week i had to deal with taking cold or barely warm showers. I complained multiple times to the front desk staff. Each time they said they would reset the boiler. After they reset it, it always take at least a hr for the water to heat back up. Whatever the problem is, it needs to be fixed ASAP for the amount they charge for a weeks stay. Other than that my stay was smooth, the rooms & beds were very comfortable. The staff and cleaning ladies were very friendly. Would i stay here again? No if the hot water issue is not fixed.
