Excellent property. Spaciois and clean room. Freindly staff. Lots of parking. I was not able to get detergent as they were out of stock. That is the only one "not so good" thing i can recall. Other than this....excellent stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was fairly large. The bathroom was the only negative, it was so small. Breakfast in the morning was awesome for a continental type breakfast. We will always stay here when we are visiting family. Apparently management responds to reviews with a pre-made template. Response from management was the word "Template" It is a good thing the rest of the staff is on their "A" game.

My family had a fantastic stay at the hotel last night. I have never stayed in a hotel with so many amenities for that price. Their coffee station is on point. They had an excellent free breakfast from 6:30-9:30. They had great snacks, frozen dinners, and drinks for guests to buy any time. Our fridge was more of a midi than a mini and fit lots of stuff. We had a great stay. We will be returning. The front desk was also very helpful and pleasant.

The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, free parking, great breakfast selection. But I had the worst night of sleep because of a screaming child in the next room at 2:30am and again at 5:30am. I called the front desk and I’m not really sure if they did anything. It’s not totally the hotel’s fault but if you’d like a good night sleep, I guess request for a room away from people. They also tack on a $1 fee for use of the security/safe box inside the hotel room…. I have never heard of this from an IHG property. The front desk guy who checked me in said if you don’t use it, to let them know at check out and they can take it off. So I did that and the front desk lady in the morning said they don’t take it off but she’d make an exception for me since that’s what I was told… it’s just $1 but it’s a bit exploitative. There was a lady named Wunmi checking in on guests during breakfast. She seemed nice and genuinely cared about my experience.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and good amenities. Interestingly had a table that could be pulled out to use as work table or easy dining table. Ample parking and just off the highway. Good breakfast with variety of hold/cold items including fresh pancake maker. Lobby had 24/7 coffee and muffins. Quiet area and within 5 mins drive to plaza with restaurants and Target grocery store. Helpful check in with Brandon and had a peaceful stay. Edit: I did get charged extra on my deposit even though I did not use the safe in the room (was told that deposit would be fully released if safe is not used in room)
