The hospitality, courtesy, and commendable expertise shown by the home to staff here in Northlake has been completely Life changing for my trip. Checked in on a Tuesday. Key wouldn't work had to get 3 different sets of keys to get in the room. House keeping had not restocked toilet paper or paper towels. Pool was closed. Ice machine on the 5th floor waa out of order. Hallway lights would flicker on and off all night and day. Wednesday morning went down for breakfast all coffee was out let the only person around know and was informed it was not her job. Ac stopped working by Wednesday evening management moved our room Thursday evening Thursday request housekeeping no show. Friday was recharged for the room. Requested housekeeping to management for both rooms and left for the the day,Returned after 7pm app wouldn't open door and key would open the other room door. Housekeeping did not show up again.

Mr. Vince, Stephanie, and their staff have been most magnanimous with their services to us here at the hotel. Looking forward to my future reservations with the Hilton for many years to come.
