Horrible Home2. Stayed here Monday-Thursday and my room was not flipped once. The bathrooms are moldy and the non smoking rooms smell like smoke. Do yourself a favor and go to the Fairfield across across the street

The hotel is beautiful! Location is super convenient. To the front desk ladies! Samantha and Jalilah these ladies were truly AMAZING! The 3 stars for service is for Housekeeping staff! They don’t speak English which makes it difficult for the guest to communicate with them. I had a 1 pm check out and they constantly walked into my room while I was still there. A few noise complaints with kids being on the 5 th floor , they were randomly knocking on guest room doors late at night.

Night time front desk agent is ridiculous and was in the bathroom for 45 minutes while I had to wait just to be told that my reservation was canceled....wouldn't suggest this place to anyone....

We had a wonderful stay! Samantha at the front desk was especially amazing and went above and beyond to help us during our visit. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made a great experience even better. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a fresh, pleasant atmosphere from the moment we walked in. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future! Thank you, Samantha, and the entire team, for your excellent hospitality. 😊

Cammie was always greeting me and my girlfriend whenever we would come downstairs or come back from an outing. The staff were also very hopeful in answering any questions we had and helping us get what we needed. I will totally stay at this hotel again, especially since it will be getting renovated in November with all new furniture and such.

Secret gem, indoor pool

Location was good and close to attractions and food. Nightly rate was high for the low quality property. The one working elevator was way past inspection date. Hallways were hot. Room was in need of deep cleaning and repairs. Staff was just OK. Overall, fine for the night but not one I will return to, or recommend.

Pros: location and proximity to attractions, breakfast was good Cons: one of the 2 elevators was out, the one operational was way past inspection. Made for a nightmare of a time trying to get down with a cart. Common area furniture was filthy. Hallways and elevators not climate controlled. Room carpet was gross, couch was ripped, lamps busted. Overall, not impressed. Nightly rate was high for the quality of the property. Would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are disgusting Room was dirty, couch ripped and smelled bad. They gave us another room that was worse - it looked like someone was staying it in bed unmade, dirty dishes - the manager Cammie was not helpful and has an attitude
