An Extended Stay That Truly Felt Like Home This Home2 Suites in Rowlett was one of my favorite Hilton stays. The beautiful location, amazing team, and thoughtful details made it memorable. The water views were incredible. I loved watching the sunrises and sunsets, and even during winter weather, there was something peaceful about relaxing in the room and seeing all the colors reflecting off the water. One of my favorite parts of the stay was walking along the lakefront, and I actually discovered those walking areas because Carmen at the front desk took the time to tell me about them. Carmen was absolutely exceptional. She provided the kind of personal touch you would expect from a concierge at a resort. Whether I had questions about the area, needed recommendations, or just needed help during my stay, she was always knowledgeable, welcoming, and on top of everything. That is not something you expect from an extended-stay hotel, which made it even more special. The rest of the team was wonderful as well. Candace, the Assistant Manager, helped me get a cooktop for the room, which made the kitchenette even more useful during a longer stay. Josh was great, and Lisa, the Director of Sales, went above and beyond by reaching out before my Hilton for Business stay to see how they could support me. That proactive service really stood out. The room itself was perfect for an extended stay. I loved having the kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, and separate living space. My grandbabies loved visiting because the curtain divider between the bed and sofa sleeper made them feel like they had their own little space. The bathroom was another unexpected favorite. It had a relaxing spa-like feel, great shower pressure, and thoughtful touches like the motion-sensing night light. I also enjoyed the lobby and common areas. I met great people during my stay, had wonderful conversations, and truly felt comfortable there. The location is beautiful and convenient with nearby restaurants, shopping, and access to HEB in Rockwall. Like many popular areas, traffic can get busy, but the location and experience were worth it. The laundry equipment had some challenges during my stay, but Carmen and the team did everything possible to help and accommodate guests, which is what I appreciated most. Overall, this was not just a hotel stay. It was an experience. The views brought peace, the room brought comfort, and the team made it feel like home.

Very helpful front desk staff, needed help with a package and they helped me with tape and printing a label. Very accommodating! Room was out of shampoo and body wash but not the end of the world overall decent stay.
