During my stay i had an issue with my air condition. It wasn't that it wasn't cooling, it was that it was extremely loud. It was loud to the point that it woke me up every time it cut on. I did not get much sleep at all. I received a text asking how my stay was going and I replied and explained the issues with the AC. Adam took immediate action having maintenance come to my room. I was then met by Michael who came to see if he could fix the noise. He advised they were in the process of replacing all of the units and some of the older systems were over 20 yo. He thanked me for saying something because now he know to put that room at the top of the list for replacement. Since he was unable to fix the AC in my room, they decided to put me in another. Micheal escorted me to the new room ensuring the AC worked and that it was also operating at a tolerable noise level. I would say that Adam and Micheal went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied with my stay.

Feels like home! My husband and I with our two young kids and dog have been staying here for the past 6 months while our house has some emergency repairs done. The staff is friendly and helpful and honestly just make you feel like family. The rooms are spacious and clean and the on-site laundry is a plus when you're staying long term. Although we are hoping to never have to stay long term in a hotel again, should the need arise, we would gladly pick this location over and over again. Thank you everyone at Homewood for being so wonderful!!!

I have had a good experience at many Hiltons already and this was no different! The stay was clean and nice while the staff were amazing! Was there for my wife and I wedding with our wedding party and parents in multiple rooms. We all had amazing experiences there with the very helpful staff. The maid of honor, my sister in law accidently left her speech and upon conversation with the front desk, they offered to bring the speech themselves directly to the wedding venue!! Amazing! We were incredibly grateful!

Great stay and close to lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment! They have a hot tub and pool, which was also nice. The hot breakfast part of their complimentary breakfast could definitely be better and was not up to my expectations for a hilton location. However, everything else was nice. Would book here again. Adam and Charlie were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The cleaning staff was also very polite and friendly. Great stay!

My family and I rented a room here for the weekend and what a great stay it was. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi very much! The hotel itself is well kept and the staff did an amazing job at assisting us. I’d also like to give a special shout out to Mariah who works the front desk, she’s very attentive, helpful, and was there for whatever we needed! I’ll definitely be returning and hope she is there when we do! Great hotel and job well done Homewood staff.
