This hotel was beautiful and has three on-site food and drink options, but what really sets it apart is the service. I arrived early, and the staff stored my luggage and gave me great options for exploring and dining nearby. I loved the pour-over coffee in my room - best in-room coffee I've ever had at a hotel.

Very happy to have found Hotel Revival for our quick stay in Baltimore! We had a great visit, and appreciated how comfortable and clean our room was. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well - when we mentioned we couldn't find any bar soap in the bathroom, they had someone bring up two soaps faster than we could return to the room! We wanted to see the view from Topside but had already had dinner, so we just went up for tea and dessert. Definitely worth it! The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and walkable - the George Peabody Library is incredible, and would highly recommend Ceremony Coffee Roasters down the street!

Does not disappoint! The staff and friendly. Rooms are stylish and functional. Didn’t hear any of our neighbors - comfy and quiet. Also, very safe inside the hotel. They have a fun speakeasy and karaoke rooms in the basement. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. We had our wedding room block here last month and the property itself did not disappoint. The front desk team was very friendly and accommodating, and they ensured our guests received their welcome gift bags smoothly, which we truly appreciated. HOWEVER, as someone who plans events professionally and works regularly with hotel chains on room blocks, I was disappointed with the communication and support leading up to our stay. I often felt that my questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than part of the standard coordination process that comes with managing a group block. For example, one of our guests did not realize she needed to use the direct booking link to receive the discounted rate. She called the hotel directly and was told her reservation had been added to our block, yet her room ultimately did not count toward our attrition, even though the reservation was made directly through Hotel Revival’s website and not through a third-party site like Expedia or HotelsOne. Situations like this created unnecessary confusion and added stress during an already busy planning period. Additionally, when requesting clarification on our rooming list, I was frequently told the sales team was in back-to-back meetings and unavailable for a call. While I completely understand busy schedules, more proactive communication would have made a significant difference. Overall, the hotel and location are beautiful, and based solely on the guest experience during the stay, we would happily return when visiting Baltimore. However, if you are planning a room block and are familiar with the level of coordination typically expected, be prepared for a less streamlined planning process than you may experience at other properties.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After my fifth attempt trying different hotels while attending the Baltimore Convention Center, I finally found a hidden gem: Hotel Revival Baltimore. Located right in front of the Washington Monument (yes—Baltimore has one too), the setting immediately stands out. The neighborhood is walkable, lively, and feels more authentic than the typical tourist waterfront areas. It’s clear the hotel is part of the local scene—locals regularly come for the rooftop restaurant and bar, which offers great views and a fun atmosphere. There’s even a hidden speakeasy and karaoke, which makes it an excellent place to host a business dinner or unwind after a long day at a convention. The decor is stylish, unique, and comfortable, and the overall vibe feels thoughtfully curated rather than cookie-cutter. What really elevated the stay, though, was the customer service—every staff member I encountered was genuinely welcoming and helpful. That level of hospitality makes a difference. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a big plus. And while it’s not right next to the convention center, it’s absolutely worth the short Uber ride (unless you’re brave enough to take one of the scooters around the city). One suggestion: adding a proper working desk in the rooms would make it even better for business travelers. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you want to experience Baltimore beyond the tourist waterfront. I’ll definitely be back—and thanks to Navan for putting it on my radar.
