I had a fantastic experience with Hotter Water when they installed my new hot water heater. Jacob and Nolan were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way, and I truly appreciated their transparency throughout the process. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. Jacob even spoke with my warranty company which helped me get some financial contribution towards the replacement. We had a bad leak in our water heater and called Hotter Water. We spoke with Jacob and explained our problem of which he stated, send me photos of the tank, water supply lines and gas line to the tank. Jacob provided us a quote in which we told him that we were good with it. It was a very reasonable price. Jacob said he would be at our house between 3 and 5. Jacob and Nolon showed up at 2:50 and commenced to work. Jacob explained everything they were doing, and since our old tank was 21 years old, we were not up to code, and he explained all that was needed. I highly recommend Jacob and Hotter Water. I was really impressed with not only them arriving early, but also their knowledge.
