Bailey and Kelly were very nice. Water pressure was nil after the second shower. Not a one-time thing, it happened all 3 days we were there. Breakfast was very disappointing. No eggs, no pancakes, no water, no coffee; only sausages and potatoes. After 30 minutes, eggs found their way out.

Let’s start with the fact they came in our room with our do no disturb sign on the door and did absolutely no cleaning except take out the trash and they threw away my kids build a bear boxes that were NOT trash and not even by the trash cans!!! The only solution they could offer was an I’m sorry which is not a solution and now I have to travel back to the mall and purchase new boxes for my children that are now upset… and the day we planned to spend at the pool was ruined because the pool is closed due to the chemicals.. so now my daughter that was excited about swimming today is super disappointed. More cons- outdated rooms and a bathroom so small you have to stand in the shower to be able to shut the door, I am 5’1 125 pounds so I shouldn’t have to stand in the shower just to shut the door. The pull out bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, which was expected from a pull out but the linens on both beds were very thin and dingy. Pros- front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was tasty.

We visited from Minnesota to celebrate my husband's 50th Birthday. It was our first time staying in Brentwood which we chose for the convenience of parking yet close to Nashville for fun nights out. Upon arrival, we were checked in by Christopher who was professional and courteous! When he learned about the bday celebration, he asked how the trip was going each time we saw him and told anyone around the lobby at the time that we were celebrating, making my hubby feel special! We spent each evening with a night cap at the lobby lounge, assisted by Christopher who was just a delight to get to know! I wish more humans on earth were as genuine as him! On our last night, we had another employee present, I believe Breydan may have been his name - just as friendly and personable. If we return to the area it will be because of these team members making our stay pleasant and memorable - after all, a hotel is a hotel, mostly the same as all next door - but service is what makes the stay great.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay based on the affordable rooms and location! Upon arrival we were greeted by Christopher, who was wonderful! He gave us a good recommendation on a local pizza place! Would recommend this hotel to anyone based on the kind staff and the large rooms!

I am always writing reviews on my experiences, whether its food, shopping areas, docs office, locations, hotels, resorts, what I love,hate, dislike and or things that can be improved. About this particular hotel I must say location is great, nice and quiet..everything is just few mins drive to go get some good food, shop, whatever have you. Its a safe place and the guy " Bailey " the receptionist at the front desk is so sweet. Smart guy- knows a whole lot about the area. Which places to go and eat. He was very honest about what is good and what is ok so we wouldn't waste our money on med food. He is very well spoken. Professional, yet has that southern hospitality. He does everything, I mean fixs broken ac, brings up toiletries, greets everyone walking in with a smile 😃 . He is helpful. I would for sure come back because he made our stay so pleasant he has so a contagious smile. The hotel is in a great location 👌 the breakfast was good too. The woman who was taking care of that area was also a sweetheart.

I usually don't write reviews but I had to due to the young man at the front desk. Bailey is his name and he is ace of all trade. He is the handy man, he is the bartender, he is the electrician fixed our ac, he is, he is also doing the job of a house keeper, we needed some towels and he came up right away. He knowledgeable about the area and knows the best places to eat. He is very polite, well mannered dude. Surely you will get southern hospitality here. Place is clean. Great location, it's safe, and the breakfast was great did I mention it was free. Again the young man Briley is just too kind. We will be staying here whenever we come to the area. I hope this man is getting paid well for all the work he does here.

The elevated place, 6th floor was picture perfect from my bed as i awakened. The hotel service was emaculant from check-in to check out. Hot buffet breakfast was superb.
