This is the 2nd Hyatt Place we’ve stayed at, with excellent experiences at both! Super clean, nicely appointed, modern rooms and very friendly staff. Post-Covid we’ve seen a sharp decline in the cleanliness, attentive service and the lack of much-needed updates at many well-known hotels. The Hyatt hotels have been a refreshing change and we will definitely book future stays here again. Highly recommended!!

I’ve stayed here several times because it’s one of the nicer hotels near the airport. The breakfast is great. It’s got a nice gym and pool. The rooms are great. Unfortunately there’s a downside. Every room I’ve been put in had a clapped out bed.

I had a great experience with the Hyatt the moment I was greeted when checking in. Everyone was pleasant and happy I was staying at their hotel, which is not typical with front desk help these days…unfortunately. The room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center was well equipped. And the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I look forward to coming back when I’m flying into the New England area.

Had a great stay here during an emergency situation where I lost heat in my home due to the blizzard. Room, beds, and bathroom was clean. Unfortunately there’s no bath tubs (shower only) or hot tub down in the pool area. Staff was accommodating and let me stay an extra hour after checkout considering my situation. Despite being by the northeast corridor, you hear very little of Amtrak passing by.

Great staycation! The hotel is clean with very comfy beds. The front desk service was so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was better than expected- fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, spinach & egg quiche, potatoes, bacon, and waffles. The only area for improvement, in my opinion, is the water temperature of the pool. It would have been much more enjoyable if the pool were a couple degrees warmer (or if they increased the air temp). Overall, a relaxing night’s stay :)
