I would not recommend for those who are traveling with a family and those who are not patient. It took me a full 40 minutes to check-in as there was no one at the front desk. When I called for late check-out I was held on the que for 30 minutes. I ended up not even going to the front desk for check-out as there was no one there and had a line of 15 people. It disappoints me as someone who frequents Hyatt as this property has been neglected and is clearly understaffed. The front desk manager was cleaning rooms and hauling trash -this hotel needs help. Throughout the hallways there was trash and towels left by housekeeping throughout the day. I would recommend looking at other options as there were homeless defalcating as well as constant police sirens through the night. And careful - half the elevators are broken or have items falling apart in the room. I would only book this if it is at a cheap price or you don't mind a lower brand for Hyatt.

What a gem! Totally took a chance on this place for a quick weekend getaway and was NOT disappointed! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful! We arrived at 930, expecting to store our luggage, but they put us in a room immediately which was a PLEASANT SURPRISE and a HUGE convenience. Thanks Ruby and Frank! Therr was a great selection of breakfast items, and I could tell Joseph really took pride in providing good tasty food for the guests! His smile is contagious! A true Angel. The layout of the room was perfect with an area to relax and somewhat separated from the bed. The floor to ceiling windows in the room was one of the highlights of my entire trip! I found myself gazing out of the window alot. And the locatiin is amazing! With restaurants directly across the street and Seoul Spice (like a Korean Chipotle), Moe's, Roti,Potbelly, and Harris Teeter a short walk away. The NoMa/Gallaudet Metro station (Red Line) was 2 blocks away. We also walked to Union Market I think this is my new home for my DC getaways! I THOROUGHLY enjoyed my weekend stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk team truly stands out—they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and handled every request smoothly and efficiently. They also made the baggage check-in and check-out process very easy and convenient, which really helped make my travel stress-free. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day. Highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and quality food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

One of the worst stays in a hotel I've ever had. There were no full size towels, but that didn't matter because there was no hot water. The water in the shower had no water pressure. I had a better clean outside in the rain. There was also a massive trash problem during our stay. Dental Floss stick and coffee lids in the elevators, overflowing trash in the elevator lobbies on certain floors and overpriced refreshments. Edit - The response from the hotel said there were large towels on the rack. There was not. I am not a large human, and unless you are a hotel for Toddlers this is poor. There was no pressure, no hot water and it was dirty.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. A huge shoutout to Andrew and Jerome, who were both so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was always delicious nice and hot. Our room was excellent—clean, comfortable, great views of the city. The location is unbeatable for getting around; it’s only a quick five-minute walk from the metro, which made exploring so easy. The staff was so friendly would definitely stay here again!
