Our room was great the pillows were soft and the water pressure at this place is fantastic. Definitely a relaxing environment after a long day.

The hotel experienced a water outage on our wedding day which affected our entire hotel block from 8am to 4:45pm (at the earliest). Our friends and family were unable to shower the entire day before our wedding ceremony at 5pm. Management did not offer guests another room to shower in, only water bottles. Additionally, they did not offer any refunds or compensation. After multiple guest complaints consisting of many emails and phone calls, they offered 50% off one night, but only if guests reach back out to the hotel on their own (not providing an automatic refund). Multiple guests reported the manager accusing them of lying or embellishing the timeline and severity of the outage. As this was our wedding day, and we have had several attendees with corroborating stories, we are 100% certain the water outage was as long and as severe as they say. We believe our guests and are disappointed that management refutes their experiences. We understand water outages happen, but are frankly shocked at the level of mismanagement that occurred and persists as we continue to try to remedy the situation for our guests on behalf of the hotel. We deeply regret using The Inn at the Colonnade Baltimore as our hotel block. EDIT: As evidenced by the manager's reply, they feel as though it is more important to diminish the experience of our "wedding block of 4 rooms." They claim that they did have water when all 4 rooms told us they did not well after 3:45pm. Further, they were told that a manager was not going to be on-site or available to reach via phone or email until the following monday. To reiterate, if you plan to stay at this hotel keep in mind that a manager may be unreachable for the entire weekend. And if you don't have water the entire day before attending a wedding, oh well!

I usually stay at Marriott Hotels for idk whatever reason but my stay at this DoubleTree has single handedly made me a Hilton believer. Frei & Dierra are amazing, by far the best staff I’ve ever met at any hotel and I’ve stayed at hundreds of different ones! Overall great people, you won’t regret staying here. The cookies are really good too 😄

What a fantastic place to stay while at JHU. Always such wonderful people at the front desk helping you with everything you need while your stay. From laundry, to the restaurant, they are all sensational. I stay here for 6 weeks at a time for work, and its always such a pleasure to see their faces everyday as family. Thank you so much everyone at The Inn At The Colonnade! I would rate it a 5 star! ♥️♥️♥️

A beautiful Hotel located in the Johns Hopkins campus. Perfect spot for anyone visiting the campus. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. Special Shout out to Bruce at the front desk who really took it up a notch! He made sure to call the elevator every time I walked in and always had a smile. Super caring man and really made the stay super!
