Wow…what an experience! Jūn was absolutely wonderful in every sense. Cocktails were delicious, our server Adrienne was so sweet and knowledgeable, and that fried chicken is a 10/10, maybe one of the bests I’ve ever had! The true showstopper for me though was the goat cheese cheesecake…I am a goat cheese fanatic and this was just a dream come true for me. It tastes like they mix some cream cheese in to mild out the goat cheese a little bit and make it creamier, total perfection. Ambience was super romantic and intimate, perfect for a date night. Will definitely recommend Jūn to all our Heights friends and more!

Jun is truly a contender for the best overall restaurant in Houston. It was a top ten lifetime dining experience for us. Every single dish was a huge hit, and the variety on the menu is admirable. Houston flavors are featured throughout. The cocktails were good, although the food shined above the cocktails. The presentation was immaculate, and the hospitality service was probably the best seen from any restaurant I’ve been to. If you told me they had a Michelin star in hospitality I would say “that makes sense, they deserve it.” A member of the team explained every dish to us, always a nice touch. And they paced out small plate delivery timing better than I’ve seen any other restaurant. Congrats to the team at Jun for everything they’ve accomplished so far!

Hands down my favorite dining experience in Houston. The atmosphere is perfect and the food is unmatched—the pork ribs were out of this world and the mussels were incredible. It was such a highlight to sit at the chef's counter and see Chef Evelyn in her element, and having Chef Henry greet me as the host was a fantastic surprise. A huge shoutout to my server, Keaton, who truly made the night memorable with top-notch service. I finished with the goat cheesecake, which was outstanding. Best overall quality and service in the city!

I love third place, so my boyfriend and I finally decided to try Jūn. I find that you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I would’ve never thought to mix beets in my cocktail but when we heard scarlet letter was popular we had to try it! Nothing here ever disappoints. It’s all so delicious that you can’t go wrong. El aguachile estuvo riquísimo. We did the tasting menu which was the best way to try a little bit of everything. I would 10/10 recommend and return (•: My boyfriend really wanted an espresso tonic to complete his meal and although the barista had never heard of that, he made it happen. We were both super happy with our experience. Pro tip: sit at the counter so you can spend the time watching the chefs make your food

Every secondary aspect (ambiance, service, etc.) was great, I’ll go in depth for the food and drinks. All of the drinks were great, but the michelada with the fish sauce was a hiiit. The top 3 highlights from the dinner was the keuh pie tee, scallops and the buttermilk cake. Keuh Pie Tee: a one biter with a nice burst of flavor, cream, a bit of acidity and sweetness from the tomato and a crunchy exterior to top it off. Scallop: thought it was friend chicken at first, but it was scallop lol. Delicious, had squash on the side which was a nice touch to the rest of the dish. The scallop was cooked a bit soft but quite nice interior flavors which was well balanced. Cake: the BEST thing on the menu. Shuai told us he doesn’t usually make dessert and this was his first time. Well, he should do it more often cuz it was the best cake I ever had. The cream on the side was salty, the pears were lightly sweet, the nuts were crunchy and sweet, the cake was soft/fluffy, and the dark chocolate at the bottom was perfect. It was the most balanced bites I’ve ever had.
