The server, Mindy, was very nice and attentive. The food was pretty good. The salmon was seasoned very well. The vegetables under the salmon and the brussels sprouts appetizer were really good, but could use a touch of salt. The hummus appetizer was tasty and didn’t feel heavy on you after. The steak was also really good, but the fries were slightly salty. The sorbet was really flavorful and tasted very refreshing. Highly recommend. A good quality hotel restaurant!

The food, drinks, and service were great! Our server, Josef, had amazing recommendations for us, and we really enjoyed the vibe. My sister and I shared wings and bussel sprouts. Our kids had the burgers and chicken tenders. We ate there twice in one day. The kids enjoyed the outside area as well.

At Jacy & Dakota’s it’s all about the patio. An absolutely stunning contrast between the might saguaro cactus, Southwestern Boho-Chic decor and the Tall and sparkling Westin and surrounding downtown Phoenix buildings. On this visit, we had a 5-Star server, Coolio, who dazzled us with kindness, professionalism, skill, and accommodations. The food, served on absolutely exquisite cerulean dishware, was as perfect and delicious as the spirits list. Highly recommend.

My visit to Jacy and Dakota's during Restaurant Week was a definite success! We opted for the prix fixe menu, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious. We kicked things off with the Rotating Happy Hour Cocktail, which was a fantastic Prickly Pear Margarita, perfectly balanced and a great start to the meal. For the three-course menu, the appetizer, Pork Belly Bites, were a true highlight; rich, crispy, and flavorful. For the main courses, we tried both the Guajillo Chili Chicken and the Grilled Steak and Crab Chimichurri. Both were solid, inventive dishes that showcased the chef's flair. We finished the evening on a sweet note with the Churro Bites. What really elevated the entire experience was the service. Our server, Khalil, provided truly excellent, attentive, and friendly service throughout the entire meal. He made the evening feel special! Overall, this was a fantastic, high-value dining experience. A very strong four stars, and I'd certainly recommend them!

A great atmosphere here with excellent indoor/outdoor seating and amazing food. Chicken and waffles are phenomenal! Three egg omelette... amazing! The kids turkey, egg, and cheese burrito was also very good. I'll be back for those chicken and waffles again AND want to try the steak and eggs with chimichurri 🤤. I'm not sure why there was a service charge applied with only three people eating but paid it. Overall, great food and atmosphere!
