The Kimpton Hotel Is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in Baltimore. The rooms are very clean. The staff was very professional! I went there with my girlfriend and had a beautiful time. We were able to connect to the TV with our device without any problem at all. Making the rest of the night smooth and problem-free. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anybody coming to Baltimore, or just needing a room to stay in for a night or more. The breakfast meal will cost you a little extra, but the restaurant is worth the expense. I really loved my stay.

I stayed at Kimpton Hotel Monaco the night of my wedding. We had a room block with the hotel and Jennifer was great to work with from start to finish. The hotel is newly renovated and very clean. Beds are super comfy. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was really good. There are a few cons, not enough to deter me from staying here again, but worth sharing. -There is no self park option through this hotel, only valet which is very expensive ($55/night). We received a small discount for having a room block. -The king suites aren’t that much larger than a standard two bedroom hotel room so unless you’re specifically looking for a living area space, I’d skip the suite. -If you’re interested in taking photos at this hotel, you have to pay an hourly fee unless you have secure a certain amount of hotel rooms via a hotel block. Overall we enjoyed our stay! Will definitely to at least to try out the dinner menu of the restaurant.

One of the worst executed bathroom designs. The sliding bathroom door doesn’t completely close on the sides. There are gaping openings on either side of the door. Everyone can hear and smell what you’re doing in there. The shower has half of a glass panel which means the back part of the shower is fully exposed. So, the bathroom floor floods with water from all of the splashing that escapes from the open side. Called for extra towels to dry the floor before 10:00pm and no one answered. Called several times. Also, we arrived early in the morning and were told we had a suite, when we came back at 4:00 they gave us a non-suite room. When I asked to switch rooms and mentioned that I was told we had a suite, I was told by the staff that I was mistaken, and I told them that both my wife and I heard the same thing and that that staff member even told me about the sleeper sofa. Felt like I was being called a liar. Eventually the manager was able to switch us. Lot of random unsavory people hanging around across the street. Saw one guy peeing in the street across from the hotel as we were walking back to the hotel at 9:00pm. Gave it 2 stars because the interior of the first floor is beautiful. Would never stay here again.

Extremely comfortable beds. I stay in hotels 200 nights a year (pilot) and this is a top 5 bed. Also, front desk attendant, Jay, was one of the most welcoming and helpful staff members of any hotel I’ve ever been to. Out of thousands of staff, he is top 0.1%! He needs to be recognized for his superior and exceptional service!

My time at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor has been more than memorable thanks wholeheartedly to the individuals employed at this luxurious hotel. From the receptionists, waiting staff and valet services, they have all treated me with the proper and expected courtesy for any honored guest of this fine establishment. The staff as well as the food served have contributed to a more than memorable experience during my stay from January 24th through February 3rd, as opposed to my numerous stays at other hotels, in order to experience all that life has to offer to a hardworking natural born United States Armed Forces veteran citizen. The front desk receptionists, have and continued to welcome me with bright and inviting smiles which encouraged me to reciprocate the same positive energy they presented. The waiters(resses) staff that served me during breakfast, brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner were incredibly hospitable and always made it their priority to ensure that my dining experiences were filling and fulfilling. When it comes to the valet services, theses designated personnel made sure to have my vehicle ready upon my request whenever I was prepared to venture into the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia (particularly Baltimore) area. In conclusion, the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor is and will always be at the top of my recommendation list based on the services that I would deem the epitome of hotel expectations.
