Our waitress was the best! Patio was very charming and comfortable. I ordered the 3 leg pork dish. The pork belly was the best I ever had, the rest of dish was not good. The raisins in sausage gave it a weird fruity taste. This did not fit my pallet well. My friend ordered the monk fish. It was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing!

Friday night perfection, the service was superb and the food was Devine! Resonably priced for the superior dining experience we had. We started off with the mushroom crunch toast, and escargo, meals: Pork 3 ways, braised veal shank, shrimp pasta, mushroom soup, chicken confeit pizza, warn chocolate brownie, and the coffee and kalua creme brulee So good, and must try

A great French spot that’s a good mix of casual and formal. Food is very well created and flavors are a bit on the rich side even for French cuisine. But delicious. I think the bread starter is fine, a bit dense and would be great if it were warm. Butter is not brought but they offer olive oil, a bit Italian. The duck confit was exceptional, the sides were too buttery for me alongside the richness of the duck and the salt/sugar content may have been a bit too much as well. The salad was fantastic. The first one came with globs of clear egg whites, sent it back and was then told, as if I had no idea, it was sous vide and that’s why it came like this. It was plainly under done but the next one was fine. Truly delicious salad regardless!

This was my second time here, and I have to say, L’albatros is beyond delightful! The entire staff is super friendly and attentive and the food is amazing. We had a long list of delicious dishes - oysters, escargot and the artichoke for appetizers - the radicchio arugula salad (beyond amazing) and watercress caesar - vegetarian cassoulet and steak and frites - and finished the evening off with the pavlova. Truly, every dish was thoughtful and delicuous, as were all the cocktails and wine. I would highly recommend visiting this cozy spot when in Cleveland.

We visited L'Albatros during the fall. We had a reservation for the patio, and it was the perfect decision—the restaurant has a stunning outdoor patio that feels like a hidden garden escape in the middle of the city. The menu offers a wonderful selection of French classics, but the standout for me was the almond-crusted trout. The service was also great; our server was attentive and professional. As a helpful tip for those driving: there is a very convenient paid public parking lot right in front of the building. It made getting to our reservation stress-free. Overall, between the food, service, ease of access, and the beautiful patio, it was worth the visit.
