Sue at the front desk was beyond accommodating for all our groups needs... Room was clean, and as a tall person having a high shower head means the world. Beds and pillows are comfy..

The rooms are tiny and only full size beds and no cribs. Location is crappy, especially since if you park in the garage across the street from it, you can't get your car back out if you need it at night, there is a liquor shop across the street from hotel, and 2 smoke shops, and only 1 restaurant for the whole block it's on. Only booked a room here because it was stated that they have cribs to use, but it was a lie. The first room we were put in had a non working TV, was missing the drawer from the nightstand, tall mirror is breaking, and current room has a breaking tall mirror that has come off the wall and the door is chewed up at the inside lock, and bathroom door doesn't actually close. As for the staff ..... We were changing rooms and accidentally locked ourselves out with the inside lock, the manager was called and I has to be pushy to get back in because all of the baby stuff and clothes were still in the room, man at front desk was quite understanding and tried to help, and the manager originally said that we would have to wait for maid service to come at 9am, but after the brash explanation he came out to help but only with a "do not disturb" sign. I had to go to a shop across the street and ask for a wire hanger to use to get back in. I had to fix the problem. I would recommend that if you are alone and need a quick place to sleep it's fine otherwise go somewhere else.

The front desk staff were extremely nice and allowed us to check in early with a fee. The bed was comfortable but the tv and shower were both broken. The furniture was falling apart and the area was extremely sketchy at night. I will definitely not stay here again i would recommend spending the extra money for a nicer location.

Horrible—this cannot be called a hotel. It feels like a madhouse hostel. I booked online, and it looked nice in the photos; they really deceive people. When I arrived, they gave me a room where the doors didn't work; then they gave me another one, and it was even worse. It smells terrible; the walls, sheets, and towels were all dirty. I suffered an allergic reaction due to the excessive humidity. It was a terrible experience—don't waste your money. It’s worth noting that I booked for three nights but only stayed for one because it is impossible to get any sleep there. I had to pay for a new hotel because I had just arrived from a tiring trip, and staying in that hostel made me feel even worse.

I was very unsatisfied with my stay. The location is terrible. Directly across from and next door to liquor stores, smoke shops, etc, and lots of inebriated-looking/smelling people lingering outside near the entrance. Felt very unsafe, especially as a young woman arriving at night, however once inside I wasn’t as worried. Next door to a Catholic Church that has LOUD church bells at 7am and 7:20am. Room smelled like weed and cigarette smoke and was very small. The bathrooms however were nice. Walls to the outside were super thin so I could hear people yelling on the street even 4 stories up ( day or night). Breakfast was TERRIBLE. I just had cereal and didn’t eat there again. All that said, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had updated fixtures and was clean. I’d only recommend this place if you’re desperate.
