This place really needs new management or something, it’s not clean, we arrived and the toilet had pee stains on the rim still. The room looks pretty rough, it didn’t feel clean at all. It has a weird stench to it and the AC was incredibly loud and the room was humid.This place could use an update. The only reason I give two stars is because front desk seemed friendly.

What a fantastic 2-night stay in Myrtle Beach! The hotel was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the entire staff went above and beyond. I was traveling with my elderly mother, and the team made sure we had the accommodations we needed, which we truly appreciated. A special shoutout to Wanda at the front desk—she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were visiting an old friend. The breakfast staff was equally wonderful, especially Angelina, who was warm, attentive, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was always hot! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way!

I went during bowling. It was scary but I believe on a normal day week it's a great place the concierge was very attentive. My door was sticky but i managed to get in ok. The pool was clean. The fitness room was quiet and it's close to everything the kids wanted to see.

The place is well located. I stayed for 3 days. The rooms are well-equipped, and the people who work at reception are very friendly. BUT the cleaning staff (indu) are very noisy. They walk through the hallway shouting from very early in the morning, not letting you rest. And as soon as you open your room door, everyone stares curiously. My family and I felt intimidated. There's a man who spends all day vacuuming, leering at the girls who come out in swimsuits. It's just the noisy and very nosy cleaning staff; they should focus on their work.

Relatively close to places. The beds were comfortable and clean. The whole room was clean as well. However, I would recommend going here if you plan to stay for a very short amount of time and are a couple or close friends. In my room, the bathroom doors didn’t shut or lock at all. We also didn't get any new towels or anything while staying there so we had to reuse old ones. They also don't provide much toiletries so bring your own if you come here.
