My family stayed here the day prior to leaving for Orlando as we had an early flight to catch. It was a decent place to stay for a quick sleep, the location was conveniently off the highway. The room was clean- I was skeptical after reading other reviews. It wasn’t noisey. The shuttle service was great in the morning hours and got us right where we needed to be to head off- We left our vehicle parked there while we were gone and came back to no issues and it was exactly how we left it. When we contacted for shuttle back after vacation- they were very accommodating of this. The driver was prompt and greeted us with a smile Overall the hotel served for the purpose of which we needed

I have to admit, I almost didn’t stay here because of the reviews. However, I know how reviews and people can be. I went ahead and stayed here with my daughter because we came in for a college tour trip/birthday trip. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating! Started with the letting us check in early because our flight came in earlier in the day. Jay brought us from the airport to the hotel and was very nice and super helpful in giving us suggestions on where to go and eat. Noel and June at the front desk were wonderful as were Janet and Milton! Very kind and helpful people. We will be returning in June for college orientation and will absolutely be staying again! Only thing I didn’t care for was that the bathroom light and the vanity light were on the same switch so I either blinded my daughter in the middle of the night or went to the bathroom in the dark lol.

The walls are paper thin you can hear everything in the hallway like they are in your room. The heat no mater how many times we shut it off kept tuning back on full blast. The elevator loudly dings all day. And my biggest complaint the 2nd night of our stay the parking lot was beyond full people parked in every available inch including non spots we asked the front desk what to do and we were told park at motel 6 we own that too and walk back. This was late nigbt early morning so we said that wasnt safe and unacceptable so they got us an uber from motel 6 back. When I asked about compensation or even just some points I was told it happens ever time we sell out it is what it is. I didnt feel safe leaving my car at motel 6. There are a lot of other options in the area spend a little more to get safe comfortable accommodations that actually value your business.

Upon arrival, I had to request four room changes due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. Unfortunately, even after multiple moves, none of the rooms were truly clean or properly ready for a guest. The first room had massive visible blood stains in the carpet and what appeared to be vomit stains on the bedding. The floor and desk surfaces also had debris throughout. The second room was also not properly cleaned - counters and floors were dirty, there were brown stains on the rug, and the door showed signs of attempted forced entry and rattled noticeably. The third room was somewhat cleaner, but it still did not feel properly maintained. The odor of bleach was extremely strong to the point that it caused a headache, and there were burn marks in the carpet. When I returned to the front desk again, I asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available, which did not feel honest or helpful. At that point I was already late for an event, but I requested one final room change. I was told it was not normally allowed, but they did provide another room. The final room was the best of the four, but it still was not truly clean. The door rattled and appeared to have signs of prior damage, and the towels had black stains/marks. By then, I did not have the time or energy to keep addressing issues. Overall, this hotel is not only unclean, but gross. 4/4 rooms were not properly cleaned or taken care of. Customer service is not responsive. 4/4 of the bathroom doors are deteriorating with paint and wood chips all over the floor. The showers appeared to not be clean as well. It makes you wonder if certain aspects of the room are not clean then what else have they not cleaned? FYI - This is the first online review I have EVER made so this should mean something.

Our stay was okay overall, but the room did not meet expected standards of cleanliness and maintenance. There was a hole in the rug and some garbage left on the floor, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable, and when we arrived, our original reservation was incorrect, but the staff corrected it quickly and professionally. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and upkeep, this could have been a much better experience. A special mention to Janet, who served breakfast — she was so friendly and helpful, and her great service made our morning much better. The free breakfast was a nice touch, and Janet’s warm attitude really stood out.
