Our first time here at this Dallas staple and wow the customer service is the absolute BEST, starting right with the hostesses. The patio is the best place to people watch! Our server, Mildred went through all the drinks and menu choices in depth with so much patience. Our food was great, the Fajitas are a MUST. Mildred truly went above and beyond, i would come back just to have her as my server! The GM Jesus, was amazing i truly cannot put into words how amazing their customer service is. 10000000/10

Highly recommend sitting in the covered patio on a cooler Texas day if you’re not a fan of extremely moody(read dark) lighting. Here’s what we got: - Queso Blanco: Fantastic and highly recommend. The jalapeños and micro greens are what truly make the queso. Also love the fact that the queso itself is a thick boy. - Wagyu fajitas WITH BEEF TABLITAS: the renowned people’s favorite. It’s good, but not God’s greatest gift on Earth, the way people describe it. The beef tablitas as an add on though were phenomenal. If it were just me going back to this place, I’d do a side of tablitas without the fajitas. - Birria tacos: solid. Would get again. - Sopapilla cheesecake: Delightful. Would get again. My wife and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon at 4:40pm and were quoted a 45 min to an hour wait. We were fortunately alerted in about 30 mins of a covered patio opening. Parking can be tricky so keep your eyes peeled for street parking near the restaurant. There is a sign that says there is parking at the back of the restaurant, but I haven’t gone to see how it looks like.

5 stars and they earned it. It was a Wednesday night and this place was packed! After drinks and dinner here I understand why. The margaritas were delicious and definitely top notch. The guacamole was very good, but might be a bit spicy for some. The waygu fajitas were very good and the chile relleno might have been the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere and service were exceptional. The wait staff was outstanding and very attentive. Our waiter learned it was our anniversary and brought two glasses of champagne on the house. Great vibe Great food Great service Free valet parking! You will not regret coming here.

Las Palmas has quickly become a favorite of mine. My girlfriend and I came here after a long day of moving into Uptown Dallas and have been hooked ever since. The chips and queso blanco is a must order. It’s addicting with just the right amount of spice from jalapeños. For entrees, I’ve enjoyed the red snapper tacos, birria brisket tacos, chicken tinga tacos, brisket enchiladas, and tacos al carbón with Wagyu. The drinks are great too, I like the house margarita and mezcal Negroni. They have a pristine selection of liquor, especially tequila. Service is consistent and polite, I’ve never ran out of chips and salsa or been hungry waiting for my food. The atmosphere inside is dark and moody, good for a date night. Highly recommend.

Long wait, hack is to put your name down go home and change and come back in an hour. The service was excellent, these waiters have eyes in the back of their heads when they can sense you’re low on chips and refill you quickly. Food was great, plenty of options just pricy. Recommend valet instead of paid parking lot which was $20. Great place to hang with friends or family.
