I visited Lavender Room during what was advertised as a Knicks Finals watch party. While the venue isn't really set up to provide the ideal watch-party experience, the rest of the evening more than made up for it. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were expertly crafted, and the atmosphere was both elegant and inviting. Once you step inside, you almost forget where you are—the décor and ambiance create a sophisticated escape from the city outside. The service could use some improvement, particularly during busy events, but overall, Lavender Room delivers a classy experience with great food, excellent cocktails, and a beautiful setting. I would definitely return for the atmosphere and dining experience.

A large portion of the menu wasn’t available, and in fact, the only entrée option offered was the salmon. I ordered it medium, but it came out overcooked and dry and definitely not enjoyable. For the price, the experience was extremely disappointing. We spent about $300 on an appetizer, two entrées, and four drinks, which felt very overpriced given the limited options and poor execution of the food. I came in with high expectations, but unfortunately, they weren’t met. That said, the server/ bartender was very nice and attentive, and drinks were well made which was the one and only bright spot of the evening.

This place was my wife and I first dinner reservation in the city during our trip. The service was so awesome I have to start there. Raya was amazing! She was a great server and went above and beyond taking my wife and I birthday pics. That elevated our experience in so many ways. The vibe and decor made the pictures standout. We love everything we ate, but the lamb chops were a standout.

Very nice restaurant, the atmosphereis beautiful. They did a wonderful job decorating this space. The food was also good, especially their Rock The Boat (plantain stuffed with shrimp and steak) and the Mac and cheese was superb. I will be back to try their crab cakes. Don't take it from me, try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Celebrated my daughter-in-laws birthday in a private room. Beautiful place. The staff were very attentive and informative. The DJ had the place jumping. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the drinks. I would love to check this place out again. A jewel in the Bed-Stuy/Crown Heights area.
