Excellent service! Our waiter in the bar area was phenomenal. Vibe is very cute. Not sure i agree with the rave reviews of the skirt steak as it was a bit tough as skirt steak normally is. Delicious sauce though. The sweet corn empanadas are delicious though. Pork carnitas are good but could use a fun sauce or something to dip.

My family and I are in town to celebrate my aunts doctoral graduation and we loved our experience at Livery! It came highly recommended by our Airbnb host and they did not disappoint. Our server Jaden was super outgoing, personable, and knowledgeable. She made this experience so amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. If we are ever back in Indy, we will be making a mandatory stop here (specifically for the carriage house drink and those steak empanadas!!) 10/10 experience!

My partner and I have been wanting to try Livery for a while, and our experience was disappointing. We started with the steak empanadas and the calamari. The calamari was the best dish we had by far. The jalapeño crema was excellent and everything was fried well. The empanada was not good. I think the beef was old, as the flavor was pungent and unpleasant. The dough also tasted like old grease. My partner got the paella. I would not consider this dish to really be paella at all.... it's a deconstructed, minimalist take on paella at best. The rice was not crispy at all. The shrimp were cooked perfectly temp/timing wise, but the char was not a flavorful char, it just tasted burnt, like the grill wasn't cleaned well. A single scallop with this dish is insane, especially as there are only 3 shrimp. I feel most people would be willing to pay a few dollars more for at least one more scallop. The scallop was cooked perfectly though. I got the birria. It was very underwhelming. The beef was good and cooked well, but the red sauce around it and orange sauce on the meat had zero flavor. The carrots were hard and very earthy. It seemed like the skin was on them. The rice was obviously microwaved, impacting the flavor and texture. My partner not wanting his pickled onions from the paella salvaged this dish for me. We did have a late night reservation, but I feel that should not impact the food quality and taste so severely. Our server was great, and the ambiance was nice, but that doesn't make up for subpar food. It's so disappointing seeing how many great reviews this place has, but I doubt we will be back.

Livery didn’t just serve dinner… it served main character energy. I walked in planning to “just grab a drink” and somehow ended up emotionally attached to a cube of guacamole. Yes, a cube. It sat there, perfectly structured like it pays rent, surrounded by chips that clearly knew they were in the presence of greatness. I almost asked for a moment of silence before dipping. The cocktails? Dangerous. The kind that make you say “just one more” until suddenly you’re texting people you haven’t spoken to since 2017. Smooth, balanced, and strong enough to convince me I could absolutely pull off ordering in Spanish. (I could not.) The vibe is immaculate. Dim lighting, glowing bottles, and a bar that makes you feel like you accidentally became cooler just by sitting there. Even the ice cubes look like they have a skincare routine. 10/10 would come back, order everything again, and once again pretend I have my life together while eating artisanal guac like a sophisticated adult.

My wife and I came back to Livery for the second time after a while, and we loved it just as much as the first time. We’re big fans of the CRG restaurants in general, and Livery definitely lived up to it. Our server Trinity was awesome. Super friendly and attentive without being over the top. We asked if they had any hot sauce and she brought out a habanero hot sauce that was AMAZING — it seriously took the food to another level. That little touch made a big difference. Food-wise, everything was great. The calamari and yucca fries were perfect to start. The chicken enchiladas were really good, and the skirt steak was just incredible — easily the highlight. I had the Carriage Margarita and it was spot on. We ended with the strawberry tres leches and that was fantastic too. Overall just a really great experience. We’ll definitely be back again.
