It’s challenging to express just how disappointed I’m feeling and how far this establishment has fallen. I remember coming less than two years ago and being absolutely blown away with the food, friendly service, live jazz, all in a beautiful setting with the amazing views of the Mississippi river. My family and I returned for Father’s Day and it may have been amongst the worst Father’s Day meals we have ever encountered. Our server, diamond, was friendly to a fault. The food quality was exceptional with the flavors and every item hot. It is the service times that absolutely had us in near tears as well as two neighboring tables that I witnessed, one of which decided to just leave. After ordering it took well over 10 minutes just for a glass of wine and two sodas. I lost track of time after that but the first appetizer came much much later and the first soup later after that. Exceptionally disappointing that for our table of 3, 2 received their food partially, but we’re missing their side items. The third person’s food came easily 10 to 15 minutes later also missing side items and it just kept getting worse. Having worked in this business for many years, I tried to be understanding. I tried to ask in a gentle way for some more attention on our table, but eventually wore down and just had to speak to the manager one on one. To all leadership, including owners, you have to fix this and fix it immediately. This should be one of the crown jewels of our city, but in its current state, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone ever. It is a shame to have such delicious finger, licking good food, but people are literally eating at different meal times at the same table. Then there’s the little thing like why did someone prop the door open to the patio which started letting it flies. Why are servers carrying glasses under their arm. Just little restaurants details that show qialiry continual training is lacking. It can be better. Focus to make it better. You would do well to close shop for a week, bring a consultant, and just do trainings for a with a heavy emphasis of the timing of food. Server urgency. You guys can do this. Wishing you well.

I have come here 2 weeks in a row for the amazing lunch special and let me tell you THE FOOD DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I wish there was music playing because you can hear everyone's conversations and forks hitting plates. Other than that great food and great views of the bridge.

My first experience dinning at Mahogany River Terrace and it was simply amazing. My husband and I were greeted at the front door by Keishe and her spirit was very welcoming. We were seated on the 3rd floor overlooking the water. It was such a beautiful sight to see the sun setting. Our waitress was Amber and she was training 2 new hires by the name of Terrica but “T” for short(who happened to be the bar tender) and London. The experience was nothing short of amazing. I was left in complete awe of the courteous attentive staff and I loved every second of it. T and Amber took their time and were highly professional and everything was clean and the atmosphere was soo beautiful. The food here is simply amazing. They are priced fairly and it is affordable for the establishment type and location. Upon departure, I made mention to Amber that my husband and myself truly appreciated the service and they made celebrating our 9 year wedding anniversary and 13 years together truly a night to remember. The staff offered to shuttle us to our car, however, we were parked close enough to walk and enjoy the beautiful view of the bridge. Keishe made it a point to thank us for our time and choosing their establishment. I cannot wait to return and try their amazing food again, and bring my family. Truly a one of a kind experience. Top Tier. A+++

Tiara was amazing; Professional and friendly. The Atmosphere is perfect. Food; I had the cajun seafood pasta; it was the freshest seafood Ive found that's not by the coast, buttery, creamy and well seasoned! A truly hidden gem. Brought my wife for her Birthday... We will be back in May for our Anniversary and that Tomahawk!

This was a wonderful experience. My wife and I went for our anniversary and there is no regrets. A great atmosphere overlooking the river. My wife had Oxtail w/grits, I had the Hawaiian Ribeye, and Cajun Eggrolls for an appetizer. Everything was delicious. The Mocktails was good as well. We are definitely planning on going back.
