Porsha made sure we had an amazing experience from start to finish! Our server was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. They checked on us often, had a great attitude, and really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The restaurant itself was beautiful, clean, and had such a great atmosphere. Everything was well organized, the décor looked amazing, and you could tell the staff takes pride in keeping the place looking nice. The food and service together made this a great experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Main Event near The Battery Atlanta was an extremely disappointing experience. The place was dirty, overpriced, and clearly not being maintained properly. About half of the bowling lanes were under construction, which should have been communicated upfront considering how much they charge. The arcade was even worse. Many of the games were out of order, and the ones that did turn on were missing the equipment needed to actually play—basketballs missing from Hot Shot games, no balls for multiple basketball setups, and ski ball lanes without balls. To make matters worse, several games didn’t even have working card readers, so there was no way to swipe and start the game. The cleanliness and safety were unacceptable. Cups, drinks, and trash were scattered everywhere, and there was glass littered inside the Hot Shot basketball game where kids would normally reach in and put their hands to grab the basketballs. That is a serious safety hazard and completely inexcusable for a family entertainment venue. Overall, this place is absolutely horrible. It is not worth the money, not worth the time, and certainly not worth the frustration. There are far better options in Atlanta for family entertainment.

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by Porsha during my recent visit. From the moment we interacted with her, she demonstrated exactly what exceptional customer service should look like. Porsha was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. She made sure our experience was smooth from start to finish and handled everything with genuine kindness and a positive attitude. What stood out most was how she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and enjoying our time. She didn’t just do her job—she truly cared about creating a great experience for us. Her energy was warm and engaging, and she made us feel valued as customers. Even during what seemed like a busy time, she remained patient, friendly, and focused on making sure every detail was taken care of. That level of dedication is rare and deserves recognition. Employees like Porsha are the reason customers come back. She represents the brand extremely well and clearly takes pride in providing excellent service. Our visit was memorable because of her professionalism and genuine hospitality. Please extend my sincere appreciation to Porsha for a job exceptionally well done. She is a true asset to your team, and her commitment to great service did not go unnoticed. Thank you for having team members like her who make experiences at Main Event so enjoyable.

I've been here since 4pm and informative the staff that the restroom needed attending. It's now 538p and it's still nasty after notifying both an employee and management. I'm reporting them because this location needs an audit.

I recently hosted my son’s 10th birthday party here. It started a bit rocky, but ultimately ended on a positive note. When my wife first arrived, the room wasn’t ready, and she felt as though the staff may not have been aware of our reservation. The party was held in La Bella Pizzeria, which was a nice, private space, but there were no signs on the door indicating it was reserved for a private event. As a result, I had to inform several walk-in guests that the space was booked. Additionally, the soda machine’s ice maker was broken, so the drinks weren’t quite as expected. Another concern was the pricing. While the per-child rate of $26.99 felt fair, the additional $100 service charge, after already paying the full tab and leaving a tip, was excessive in my opinion. Especially considering I had already put down a $100 deposit. For 16 kids, the total came out to about $600. The service was great, but that additional charge makes it difficult to justify having another party here. That said, once I arrived and met Navarro, our host, and Willis, the manager, things turned around. After speaking with Willis, he made sure we were taken care of. Navarro was a great host, and from that point forward, everything ran smoothly. Most importantly, my son had a great time, and that’s what truly matters. Overall, while there were a few issues at the start and concerns about pricing, the service from Willis and Navarro made a big difference and helped the party end on a positive note.
