We had a fantastic experience at Marlowe’s during our trip to Memphis! We were staying at the Holiday Inn near Graceland and loved that Marlowe’s picked us up and dropped us off in their pink limousine—it made the whole experience even more memorable. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a great Memphis atmosphere and made us feel like guests rather than customers. It’s easy to see why they’ve been around since 1974. If you’re visiting Graceland, I highly recommend adding Marlowe’s to your plans. The pink limo ride alone is worth it, and the food and service make it even better!

Last Sunday evening, we had the pleasure of being escorted to Marlowe’s Ribs & Restaurant in one of the famous Pink Cadillacs, and the experience was made truly memorable by our wonderful driver. From the moment we were picked up, he had us entertained with his extensive knowledge of Memphis, Elvis Presley, Graceland, and the local area. His stories were fascinating, his sense of humour was infectious, and there was plenty of laughter throughout the journey. He made the short trip feel like a guided tour, sharing interesting facts and local history that added so much to our visit. Marlowe’s is well known for its Memphis hospitality, barbecue, and iconic Pink Cadillac transportation experience. What stood out most was his friendly personality and genuine passion for what he does. He made everyone feel welcome and treated us like old friends rather than visitors. His professionalism, warmth, and storytelling skills were exceptional and helped create one of the highlights of our Memphis holiday. Thank you for a fantastic evening and for making our visit to Marlowe’s so enjoyable. We left with wonderful memories, plenty of laughs, and a greater appreciation for Memphis and its rich history. You are a true ambassador for the city, and we highly recommend both the Pink Cadillac experience and the driver who made our evening so special. Also I would like to acknowledge a young customer service attendant by the name on Erin, who represented true Southern hospitality ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable and memorable, thank you Erin for your politeness, and excellent customer service did not go unnoticed and added greatly to our overall experience. 4.5 First time here and the service was very friendly and attentive. The ambiance was super fun and nicely laid out with all Elvis. 😊 And let’s not forget about the food. We had the ribs and brisket and the food just fell off the bone. Wow was it good. The sides were as well really good. Basically, the food was fantastic and this place is recommended to go to at least once if you’re in the area.

We visited Marlowe’s Ribs & Restaurant on our only evening in Memphis on December 29. We were determined to enjoy authentic barbecue – and that’s exactly what we got. On our server’s recommendation, we chose a selection of three different barbecue meats with three different side dishes. Initially, we had planned to order four, but the friendly and attentive waitress kindly warned us about the generous portion sizes and suggested that three would be more than enough. She was absolutely right. The three-item selection was perfect – we finished everything and still had room (and appetite) for dessert afterwards. The meat was delicious, the side dishes were excellent, the atmosphere was amazing with continuous Elvis Presley music and décor, the service was truly outstanding, and the value for money exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable evening!

I had dinner at Marlowe's before my trip to Portugal, and it was one of the most enjoyable meals I have ever had in Memphis. The restaurant is close to the airport which makes it very convenient, and they even offer a complimentary pink limo pickup. I called, and 15 minutes later a bright pink limousine pulled up. It was my first limo ride and such a fun surprise. My server V was a true delight. Warm, energetic, and the kind of person you feel you could be friends with instantly. She recommended the margarita, and she was right. It was chilled, citrusy, and fantastic. The food was outstanding. The deep fried rolls came out warm and golden with a soft center. I ordered a half rack of ribs with their made in house sauce, macaroni and cheese, and potato salad. Everything was delicious. The macaroni and cheese had a rich white cheddar flavor with perfectly cooked pasta. The potato salad was made with red potatoes and had a great balance of mustard, mayonnaise, and a touch of paprika. I normally do not like pickles in potato salad, but this one changed my mind. The ribs were the star. Tender enough to pull apart but still firm, with a smoky rub under a sweet and sassy sauce. Easily some of the best ribs I have ever had. No surprise that Marlowe's was voted the top barbecue rib restaurant in Memphis for 2025. The atmosphere was fun and full of Elvis memorabilia, and Elvis radio played overhead which added to the charm. I stayed longer than planned and enjoyed another margarita with V before taking the pink limo back. Wonderful food, wonderful service, and an unforgettable experience. I cannot wait to return.
