I gave 3 stars only because when I initially booked an appointment on their website and paid the $50 deposit, I received a text message stating that the deposit is $100 due to "it being Father's Day" which was NOT posted on any of their social media accounts NOR their website. I was told that the $100 deposit HAD to be paid via CASHAPP, VENMO or ZELLE to an individual named "DEXIU YU". They said the $50 deposit paid at booking would be refunded at check-in and the $100 would be applied to my services. I immediately became suspicious because #1- there was no mention of this policy ANYWHERE. #2- Why couldn't I pay the "father's day deposit" online via credit card the same way I paid the booking deposit? #3- the phone number for the cashapp, venmo, zelle was not the same as the business phone number. #4- when i asked if i could pay via card by phone or online, I was told "I am sorry, we only accept the $100 deposit via Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. This is our special Father's Day weekend policy." #5- What LEGITIMATE business accepts deposits online via card processing but asks you to send it via P2P payment apps? So, I canceled my initial booking and rebooked for the day after Father's Day because i truly believe someone was attempting to scam me out of $100. **BEWARE of this when booking holidays!!** On a better note.... I would've given 5 STARS because when i took my husband for his Birthday/ Father's day(on June 22nd) for the Couples Massage, the actual Experience was Great! Everything was clean, smelled good, customer service, staff & massages were GREAT!! We'd definitely return!!!

Went in for a deep tissue massage solely based off reviews and my experience was wonderful. Great customer service. My masseuse gave great pressure and hit all the points I asked for. After the service they give you a cute truffle, champagne and a bottle of water. This is my new spot! You’re welcome ☺️

This was an awesome bday gift from my partner. The deluxe getaway package was just what I needed. The individual jacuzzi soak I think is overpriced. It’s a small jetted tub at the Howell mill location. It works/accomplishes what I wanted which is a heated soak after dry needling I did elsewhere before (@Art of Healing) and the deep tissue massage with Yoyo here (excellent!) There’s only 1 setting (on/off) and the tub is really short. I can’t be submerged chin down with my legs straight and inside the tub. I’m 5’7, inseam 31”, for reference. It’s a great amenity to have and prefer going to massage spas that have a hot tub, jacuzzi, or hot whirlpool. Hope to get another massage from Yo-yo again!

I received a Prenatal massage and it was really great. I do not know the name of my masseuse but she was amazing and very attentive to the places I requested special attention. The only feedback that I have is that it was a little noisy for a short period during my massage because there was a couple in the next room and they were talking loudly. Once they left, the experience was better. I would highly recommend this place!
