Came here for lunch- I had wonderful service and the food was good (lamb birria taco was amazing!!! ) Highly recommend the churro dessert too. Very nice views of the waterfront- a bit higher price wise but makes sense given location

Amazing staff, gorgeous views (take a peek at the balcony bar) great atmosphere overall. Only down side are the meal portions (for some dishes not all of them!) Prices high but you’re paying not only for the food but the experience as well!

I had an incredible experience at Maximón, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots during my stay at 4 Seasons The atmosphere is absolutely stunning. The restaurant has a refined, upscale Cabo-inspired feel, with a beautiful open layout, warm tones, and thoughtfully designed architecture that creates both energy and comfort at the same time. Whether you’re there during the day or evening, the space feels vibrant yet relaxed, making it perfect for anything from drinks to a full dining experience. A big part of what made our visits so memorable was Alfredo Davila. He was fantastic to talk to and truly elevated the experience. He made us feel welcomed every time we came in, spent time engaging with us, and offered great recommendations not only on the menu but also on things to do around the city. That level of personal hospitality is rare and really sets this place apart. The food and drinks were outstanding across the board. The bar, in particular, is incredibly impressive. Their tequila selection is extensive and thoughtfully curated, easily one of the best I’ve seen, with a wide variety that caters to both casual drinkers and enthusiasts. The cocktails were just as well executed and complemented the overall dining experience perfectly. Between the ambiance, exceptional service, and high-quality food and drinks, Maximón delivers a top-tier experience. I found myself coming back multiple times, and it’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Baltimore.

This is a late review, but one I had to write. I had dinner here for my birthday on December 20, 2025, and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot. Everything was excellent, the food, service, and music, truly everything. The server, front desk, and AGM Alfredo 🤍❤️ were all so nice and accommodating.

I would say if you could go anywhere else, go there instead of here (or any Atlas restaurants). There are tons of restaurants that are actually offering Mexican food that you don’t have to go to as a status symbol or something. I didn’t go here by choice of course, but I was willing to see why people are so excited about it. Very limited menu, even more limited for vegans/vegetarians. I probably wouldn’t recommend it if you have dietary restrictions, as the only options were like asparagus tacos for a main. If you go here you are getting scammed in broad daylight, let me just say that. $9+ for a single taco? Insane. It’s not even just about the prices too, I got the sweet plantains and the “street corn.” The street corn was nothing like actual street corn, it tasted like canned corn with some bland feta on top of it and two slices of chili. Not good at all, and $14 for a little plate of it. The service was also lacking for a high end restaurant, we had to keep asking for water refills, drinks and food took a long time, and food came out separately so people were waiting for their food while others were able to eat. Overall, just not worth it, you would be better off going to a REAL Mexican restaurant. You’re in Baltimore, there’s plenty of good options. But sure, go here if you want to drop a bag for bland food.
