The ac does not work, my room ac was set up at 76 degrees during 4th of July weekend, the administration did not offer a solution just moving me at other floor and then I have to find accommodation for the weekend, do not make a reservation, the administration don't care about t your complains, WORST EXPERIENCE

We booked a five day stay here due to it being historic and the pictures looked great. Well the inside when you enter is beautiful, that was literally about it. Well got our room, requested a king bed and it definitely in no way at all was the size of a king bed. Our first night the room temp was 78, called the front desk and they gave a box fan, helped not at all and we got moved to a different room and it was the exact same issue. We did end up getting a full refund and went elsewhere. There is a sign on front desk stating air issues due to being older property, but no where on any booking sites or their website. Had I known this, I definitely would have never booked here. Also a family member called requesting something offered on YOUR website for us as a surprise and even though it was offered as a something you could purchase they were told no, they cant do that? The person this was told to is also a travel agent who will definitely not recommend your hotel. The GM was the one she spoke with and it was voiced the GM was zero help and very rude. It's sad because this property has alot of potential, however I believe some of the people that are in management roles are a major problem for this property. Honestly overall the staffing wasn't friendly at all. The location is great.

Old, smells, walls paper thin. Half of the outlets don’t work, thermostat doesn’t go lower than 74. Parking is ridiculous expensive. No do not disturb signs, no free breakfast. Kind of hideous. Broken window blinds
